Let's face it, the kids running this location are more busy playing around and talking than they are working, much less than they are running any fast food restaurant.
At least one young lady, who was still wearing her uniform along with her headset, which was still on her head, was down the road just to the right at the corner where she was talking to another female employee. They might've been on break, but the headset suggested differently.
Fries here were about as tasty as greasy cardboard, and they honestly tasted like they'd been fried twice (if you know what I mean by that).
My burger was overcooked. And, good Lord! I guess so, since they took long enough to come to the window with it.
And, hey, I get it: you guys are working for tips at next-to-nothing, below-minimum- wage rates, but I am not tipping you when you've kept me waiting unnecessarily, my fries are twice-fried tasting, and if you werent paying attention when I placed my order.
I'm not tipping you when I have to tell you twice or tell you three times (like I did), or when I've done that those two or three times already and you still screw up the order, such as this time when you handed me a medium instead of the large I asked for (three times).
And, let's face this, too: you were not busy. Besides, I counted at least 7 people in there "working". I'm fairly sure there may have been about 4 cars with customers parked in the stalls. So, no excuses.
And, while I'm thinking about this, I really don't have any need to know your name when you're taking my order or serving my my Sonic stuff. I mean, did you ask me my name? No. So, really, considering I won't see you a second time (unless you forgot to come out with condiments or your change fund in hopes of garnering a tip through these means somehow), there is just no need for me to hear you say your name is whatever it is. We are not likely to be spending time more getting together or to get to know one another anyway. If you were doing so as if making introductions, I might need to know it then. Maybe...
Honestly, after this experience, it's probably a really great thing I don't remember what you said your name was. If I had remembered, you'd be reading it right here where I am calling you out. I would about bet you here it's not something you want to see--or something you'd like your boss to see either.
I can find better places to spend my $9. I'll bet I can even find a place where the burger is juicy and refried french fries are not served in favor of freshly fried...
Read moreI'm rating this a 1 star, due to 1 issue that seems to happen every time I go there, or even bring my wife and children there with me. That issue being that the service is always extremely slow. Whether there are a lot full of cars, or not a single vehicle in sight. Most of the time we order only drinks, but occasionally we order food as well. I'm just not understanding why or how it could take well over 5 minutes to bring out 2-4 drinks when half the time the drinks we order are the exact same. Not to mention, when we order food, we are always sitting and waiting for the food for well over 15 minutes. Never fails. I'm not sure if it is just us or if it is happening to everyone else, but I know that it shouldn't take that long to make drinks or even food for that matter. I know this personally because I have worked at many different fast food chains and never have I ever had this happen to me each and every single time I go to this location or any location around the area.

Waited and waited until a young man came to our station to tell us that "someone" had incorrectly started removing ice cream from machine and ruined the batch; however, a new batch was being started and there would be no charge for our ice cream. Again we waited and waited. A different young man stopped at our station twice trying to deliver two different orders which included ice cream products. I pressed the call button to ask how much longer it would be before our order was delivered. The girl had no idea what was going on, asked what we had ordered, etc. A different young man came to our station to explain the situation again THEN he added that the complete order was canceled when the first guy came out and we needed to place our order again, but the ice cream would still be free.
