Absolutely unacceptable, terrible service and food left a lot to be desired...
We ordered three sandwiches and fries and had to wait 25-30 minutes (at a "fast food restaurant) while 4-5 customers who clearly ordered after us got their food ahead of us. Upon going to the front register, it became abundantly clear what was going on as behind the line was complete chaos.
Everything was in disarray. The person handling expediting/filling the tickets didn't seem to have a firm grasp on what needed to be done and was floundering around trying to figure it out while the nobody seemed to really know which order was theirs to deliver to the customer and just took whatever they wanted.
In addition to this, the person handling putting the brisket sandwiches together somehow had the impression that only one glove needed to be worn while handling the meat and putting together sandwiches - which would be ridiculous even if he was trying to use only the gloved hand and he definitely wasn't . He was picking it up with his ungloved hand and then placing it into the gloved hand while placing the roll on the paper with the ungloved hand to put the meat on it... I'm sure you can figure out the rest.
All of this was taking place while the manager was standing right next to him busily berating employees and customers alike. He too was floundering and was continuously blaming everything on the other staff - some things that even to me were clearly not due to their negligence. While in the process of belittling his staff, he still managed to be extremely rude to a customer who had an issue with not getting the correct drink with her order. He told her he couldn't help her because he was busy in a very unpleasant manner. Immediately after saying this, he loudly belittled her to the staff saying that she had a hell of a nerve complaining about getting the wrong drink when she used a $20 gift certificate. This was also in front of (and easily audible to) all of the waiting customers. Absolutely unacceptable!
All of this and my son's sandwich was wrong and had a long hair in it too. I highly recommend avoiding this place. This was our first visit to an Arby's. I doubt we will ever...

Ok I’ll order the Cheesesteak sandwich with crinkle cut fries Received curly fries a bunch of little dried up hard pieces looked like what was left at the bottom of the bin before closing. At the window I ask to add a strawberry cream pie heard on line they were good Guess What …. Didn’t have any pies ready. Was told 7 to 8 minutes to make me one These workers want a $15 dollar minimum wage. Really ! And the cost of Arbys food goes up to meet the pay increase. I should have gone down the road for a...
Read moreI like the food at Arby's and would have rated the one I visited 4 stars, but the service on the day I was there was... annoying. The barely trained, inexperienced cashier was no where to be found when the people in front of me tried to order. The manager was frantically trying to fill orders while screaming for the cashier who eventually buzzed to come in from outside. The manager, meanwhile, sent the folks in front of me to the drive through cashier so I followed. But by the time we got up to that cashier he said to go back to the other guy who was now back at his post and had a line of people waiting to give their order. So we had to get in the back of that line. sigh I realize that this isn't going to happen every time -at least I hope not! - so I will go back there. It was just another annoying incident on a day full...
