The three star rating is not reflective of the business and the employees. The employees do their job and go beyond their job. They are competent and ready to help.
The rating is impacted by the non-employees who spend lots of time loitering in the business. I can't call them customers because, in my experience, the vast majority of the individuals I am talking about never purchase anything. They are bartering work each other for cigarettes and cell phone time. They disappear into the bathroom for over half an hour - to the point where others became concerned that they may have overdosed in the bathroom and am employee went to get the key. They are discussing how they were violating domestic violence orders. They are talking about how they have stolen things from businesses in the area and how they planned to go to certain stores and steal more items for specific people and then those people would give them small amounts of cash for the item - this was how the individual planned to get more money to keep buying cigarettes that she wants.
I was there as a customer (holding one-on-one meetings over a couple cups of coffee) a number of weekday afternoons over the last few weeks, but have now rescheduled all of my future meetings to a different location as I could not continue to meet at...

I only assume the other girl, who was very nice, was being trained because another manager spoke up for her mistake. Although when we pulled up we had driven to the first window to pay, and than drove to the second window assuming thats where we had to pick up the drinks. When we pulled up, we realised we messed up and apologized, the manager came up to the window all huffy and said "i would've asked you to pull up to the second window if i wanted you to" and walked off with attitude. we even apologized. i understand things can be frustrating especially when it's busy or during rush time, but taking the time to be a little nicer especially when someone apologizes and mistakenly pulled up to the wrong window, would be great.
