Very good Burger King. Went through the drive-thu, and all though it took awhile, but I understood why when I got my food...it was HOT, nice and HOT...you know the establishment is great when your food is really good and hot. The food was still nice and hot when we got back to our house, and it took around 15 min. to get home. I got the Steak Burger, and it was nice and hot and delicious. The fries were amazing. My husband got the Buck Doubles, and they were fantastic. Although they forgot my order of the 4 piece chicken tenders, we did go back and they were very sorry, and it was quite okay, that's why you always check your order before you leave the establishment. Got home and started to eat my food, and they gave me an 8 piece of chicken tenders instead of 4...I paid $1 for 8 pieces...so very nice...I didn't even know they did this, I guess they did it because they forgot and we waited for them...Very nice people too. Husband loved his Buck Doubles, and he also ordered 2 hot apple pies, and they were HOT, and he loved them. Go for the fries...
Read moreI stopped in for breakfast and the diners were the local golden oldies, which was instant good vibes. However the feeling was short lived when after I ordered I noticed one person in the kitchen, the mgr. And four employees standing around watching her microwave everything (it's not a secret that BK uses microwaves). There was maybe two cars at the drive thru and maybe two people after me . After ten minutes I asked about my food. Twenty minutes goes by and I still don't have my food. Customer service was lacking. When I questioned about my order I was made to feel like how dare I ask about my food.. the cashier didn't remember me and the two people that came in after me had received their orders and were gone. It's just a fail on so many levels. While I waited for my food I utilized the app and informed them about my experience. Long story short.... To anyone brave enough to visit that location, you just might end up a golden oldie yourself by the time you...
Read moreIf the lady with the brown short hair is at the drive-thru - RUN! She gets my order wrong every time & most of the time all i get is 2 things. This morning she CONFIRMED my order, charged me for french toast sticks and a coffee and i only got my coffee. Horrible attitude, the manager has been informed of her incompetence. She refuses to correct your order once you tell her its wrong - she likes to argue with customers, very unprofessional. She has also refused to give me my change before causing me to have to go in & speak to a manager to get it. I cant help but think this morning was part of her attitude towards me due to speaking to the manager about her before. Very rude, i WILL NOT go here again considering they brought this incompetent lady back. She is not all there, doesnt have it together to be running the window and i am tired of it.
