Ok so we went here on our way back to Georgia. A show had just ended and the one on Broadway was at a standstill. We literally waited in the drive through for over an hour. In the meantime another car jumped into the drive through and went straight to the window rather than waiting in the line. When I got to the window I asked the super nice window person whose name is Amy if she could tell me had I missed something and is there a quicker way to order and bypass the line because that other car had jumped in front of us. Amy was explaining to us that they’d placed an app order but that you’re still supposed to notify someone at the speaker so they begin preparing your order and that they’d skipped the line. Amy then explained it to the manager on duty whose reply was “if you’d just stop talking, run the payment - do your job so we can get the people out of here.” Amy explained to her that “we had asked a question and she was answering the question. Amy did respond please don’t tell me how to do my job I was helping the customer - and the manager wasn’t having it. She said if you were doing your job then I wouldn’t have to tell you to do it. I’m the manager you have to listen to me.” The manager was completely rude, unprofessional and on an obvious power trip. We had waited over an hour, spent $54 on a combo and 30 crave case. The fries were cold and tasted horrible - they literally had a funky taste to them. Anyway, perhaps the manager could benefit from a course in customer service, professionalism and how to treat employees. It’s hard enough to find good employees now days anyway and if it had been me she spoke to that way, I would’ve walked out. I’m certain Amy can advise as to who the manager was. Read moreMy husband and I were doing a food delivery order, one of the team members answered on the only Avenue to obtain this food which was the drive-thru, after we were asked if we could hold we waited a good 10 minutes and said hello is anyone there? We received no response we waited a few more minutes still no response so we drove to the window. We were rudely greeted by a team member tapping her nails on the window frustrated telling us that we were not to leave the speaker and come to the window no matter how many cars are behind us no matter how long it takes and no matter if we are getting cussed by other customers or not. My husband and I were taken back by her dismissive attitude and her telling us who are customers to her what we are going to do and what we are not going to do while she tapped her little nails on the window. This was greatly disappointing given we were doing a job as well as she was and she has no customer service skills whatsoever to the point that we have been asked on here by Google to rate this restaurant and unfortunately I cannot give a standing ovation to this restaurant poor customer service they were only two of them working White Castle should have shut the show down when they only had two people working and furthermore if they could not take care of the customers adequately and in a timely manner they should have said it will be x amount of minutes on preparing food there are two of us instead we were told to hold and nobody ever came back to take care of us until we were greeted at the window by a rude dismissive team member we will not be paying customers at this...

You was going to make my order regardless of whether you wanted to or not, this is going to be the longest review that was ever posted on this website. You purposely slowed the order because you did not want to serve the drive thru if you do not want a mediocre job then you should have applied yourself in life and got an education then got a better job, but because you've got an attitude you're stuck. Whoever owns this White Castle needs to wake up and fire every one of the dead beats that get a check here because they definitely don't work, it is Appalling.I have given many reviews on this White Castle numerous times it never changes. What is the definition of insanity? To do the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and expect different results. But this place needs to shut its doors and say 👋 goodbye to the world, it is a total catastrophe. Restaurants used to be known as fast food, that is completely out of anybody's vocabulary, and it has not been in anybody's vocabulary in the last 20 years.
