Burger King — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Honestly terrible. I ordered chicken fries and i was the only order there and i stood there for 10 minutes while 7 people are working standing around doing nothing. then after 10 minutes they tell me there's no chicken fries so then i said okay i'll just take the medium fries and refund the rest. then i stood there for another 5 minutes while they tried to give the refund, finally it goes through and then im standing there another minute and the manager is like "oh you wanted the fries?" after i heard his employee tell him 3 times i wanted the fries and at that point im standing there for over 15 minutes doing nothing and they wanna run my card again for the medium fries like. i couldve went and got food from somewhere else but now i cant cause im here on a layover and i board in 5 minutes. 7 employees working and all 7 are lost and standing around staring...

I work at the airport and this is the only place available which would be fine because I love BK.... normally, this place is terrible. I’ve tried 3 different times, with 3 different employees working on 3 totally different days of the week. It is impossible to get a hot whopper jr with cheese no onion. Impossible unless you want your lettuce, tomato, mayo, and pickles to be hot as well. Have you ever had microwave pickles? Terrible. I don’t understand because Burger King was my 1st job and it’s part of the process to lay the bread out, grab the meat and cheese, toss it in the mic, then add the mayo, lettuce, tomato on top, grab the meat and cheese from the mic, add the pickles and ketchup! Done... well they must have been asleep on...

Terrible Service and Disregard for Dietary Restrictions

I had one of the worst experiences at this establishment. Not only was the service unbelievably rude, but they also completely ignored the dietary restrictions I clearly mentioned When I brought up the issue, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, acting as if I was inconveniencing them by expecting my food to be prepared correctly.

The food itself was disappointing poorly cooked, and definitely not worth the price. But what’s worse is their complete lack of care for customers’ needs. If you have any dietary requirements, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They either don’t listen or simply don’t care. Absolutely unacceptable.
