Puckett’s Market and Restaurant- BNA D concourse — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I needed something to eat, so I went to this place Pucketts. The first person that I interacted with was complete jerk she couldn’t understand English which is not good especially if you live in the USA. I asked for a plain burger with cheese and bacon on it So I sat down and waited for my burger The lady that I first interacted with said that she was looking for me because my burger was ready. I went and sat down at a table and was about to start eating my burger. And the first person that I interacted with was rude to me and told me that I could not sit there Because I did to go I work in the restaurant industry myself. Some restaurants are OK with that but Clearly, the lady Has had a bad day and told me off so I left. Then when I left and found a spot I opened up the box where my burger was, and my burger was not plain. So I went and complained to the first person who Interacted with and told her that my burger was not the way that it was supposed to be and she Was very rude to me and told me that I had to tell her everything that I wanted off the burger normally if you go to a restaurant and you say that you want A burger plain, they will make sure that it is plain. The person who was being a jerk to me and fixed it, which I appreciated, but still was annoyed at her by the way that she was treating me. After I asked the host if I could sit down and eat my burger in peace and she said that’s fine after a couple minutes I realize that I didn’t have the drink that I first bought when I first ordered my burger. I asked to see if I could get a new bottle for free since I couldn’t find the one that I originally purchased. The person said that she couldn’t help me since I bought the bottle. Outside of the main entrance of the restaurant I was very annoyed and will not ever go to this specific restaurant in the Nashville...

Puckett's is a find for airport food. Let's face it, eating in an airport is not where you tend to find anything to rave about, but Puckett's makes some pretty good food at reasonable prices. That makes the rest of the experience tolerable.

The good: You can eat here with table service for

The service here is terrible. There was one person that actually smiled. You wait awhile to get seated when there are tables available ( and trying to make your next flight which was in 2 hours). Then they seat you but don't give you any silverware to eat your food. Then the server taking your order didn't know how to take my order. I ordered the veggie plate. Mashed potatoes, baked beans and macaroni and cheese ( that was $2 more). The baked beans were ok and were hot. The macaroni and cheese i thought was going to be good because it was $2 more and said skillet Mac and cheese ( but people like it different ways). Which i thought you would get some crusted cheese or something like it on top. But no.. the mashed potatoes were not seasoned and tasted like the cut up a bake potato and put it in the dish. The per person who gave me my food didnt give me any silverware either or asked if i need butter or anything . I asked another server for some because my server didn't come back. When i had placed my regular order i told my server i was probably going to get the bread pudding for dessert. When she back i asked for the breadpudding. She left then came back and said they...
