Food: Overall it was okay, but Not giving all the items Ordered Is not okay. I think the breakfast at Chick Fil A just isn't for me, I guess some people enjoy it.
Service: While I was standing in line I already realized I needed to Let Corporate Know how bad of service this location has. Then it just got worse. No nametags on any employee, I presume because they know their service is trash and want to try and keep their jobs. Not once was "My Pleasure" Said or "Thankyou" or truely anything kind in anyway, not just to myself but the 10-30 Orders I witnessed before and after me. Not a smile from anyone at any point beyond the old man quickly here and there.
Standing in line I was at the back of the wait, whatever it's an airport the lines surge. They were taking orders on two registers and there was an older man in the corner register and 2-3 other ladies. I listened and watched all of them for a good 5-10 minutes. During which it became apparent that the old man was not fast but was providing decent and thorough service; Definitely not at the Chick Fil A Standard, but acceptable and a beacon of hope compared to the 3 ladies.
These ladies 1 of which went on a break mid line (I ordered at ~6:50am 11/5 Holding the massive line up while they took their time getting the employees ordered in. Must be a complicated process cause I would have been able to ring in 4/5 employee orders at my on restaurant easily in the time we waiting with no orders being taken besides the old gentleman who was trying his best.
A new cashier ended up taking on the 3rd register after the wait and the 2nd register went to brake. This poor girl struggle to Hear, understand, communicate in English clearly So we stumbled through ordering a couple meals but one with water And not a water bottle just a sip to drink with the food and done. Prices are high for the portions but it is an airport.
Then we wait for our food and get it, girl couldn't understand a simple 3 letter basic white person name so it was entered wrong. But we read the recipe before they bagged the order so we knew to listen for the alternative name. It was out relatively quickly but for everything being premade and stacked up ready to go at the expo window their speed was embarrassingly slow and abysmal Through the entire line and eating time period. I would slightly understand the lack of service is there was urgency but there was none at any point, and it still was so far away from ChickFilA Standard or even a random Mexican joint that Clearly doesn't want you there, but pretends a little provides better service then this.
Finally back on point, we pick up the order scavenge for a clean patch/not spot or table. Cause that wasn't an option. (No table was cleaned over my 30-45 minute observation, so no surprise) We open our bag and realize we were shorted one side of hashbrown/tots know we both ordered it cause we listened to each others order. Checked the receipt and we paid for it. So we approach the pickup counter and let them know kindly they accidentally missed one for the hashbrowns in our order, since we had walked away at most 60-90 seconds ago, we move with alot of intent and thus don't piddle around. The cashier hears this and proclaims we didn't order a 2nd Hashbrown/tots We ordered one meal with a drink and one sandwich in a bickering and accusing tone. To which we explain that is not what we ordered. So she proclaimed well it is. To which our response was "well that's not what i wanted or was charged for." The expo employee who bagged the order incorrectly then approaches with no words looks at the receipt and hands up the other Hashbrown seeing we did indeed pay for 2. No words said. We then say "Thanks for that and thanks for accusing me of lying and the lack of service" And walk back to the table since the comment was also ignored.
Atmosphere: It's in an airport so cut it some slack. But it was a struggle to eat somewhere that you weren't sitting in Ketchup or mounds of Biscuit crumps. Absolutely disgusting

Read moreI have never been to a Chick-fil-A where every employee looks absolutely miserable. working in front of customers there like their back hurts ,giving an attitude to a customer for something that they don't have. Or even trying to add for to your order. how do you have ice cream and no cones and the cashier just seem like we were bothering her as we put in our order. you're in the airport you're going to be busy but you don't have to be rude and make it feel like you don't want to Serve the People. If you are that unhappy then quit, there are many people dying to have your job and will do it with joy! The employees there are ruining the wonderful Legacy that Chick-fil-A has, which is exceptional customer service with a smile. To the cashier with the red braids and black glasses if you don't like your job ...leave. people are flying to see family members or maybe going on their first vacations traveling for their very first time and so making a trip to Chick-fil-A at the airport it should be one of the happiest experiences they have just like the other restaurants provide as they know people are coming in and out of that airport you don't want to start someone's vacation off or experience...
Read moreI went here this morning around 7:30 AM. I placed an order for a chicken biscuit sandwich, orange juice, and a water. The cashier (Nehda?) taking my order was completely rude. I had asked asked for the entree (sandwich only). We couldn't hear each other for a little bit. Then once we were finally able to communicate that it was an entree. I started to ask for the OJ and water and she asks, "name?" I said, "I still want to add onto the order," because my order wasn't yet complete. Then she yells, "MA'AM," and ROLLS her eyes. I stare at her in disbelief and tell her my name. Then she puts in my name and tells me my total. I tell her for the second time that I would like to order more items. I finally paid and then each cashier writes down your order number. What was the point of yelling ma'am when I wasn't finished with my order if you weren't using names to pick up your order? The real kicker is that actually they go by what you ordered at the pick up location and not your name or order number.
No one behind that counter looked like they knew what was happening. No wonder this restaurant has mainly 1...
