The way that I was treated tonight left me speechless. I placed an order online while I’m at another restaurant picking up some food. It took a while to get that food, which was fine because I figured Domino’s would be busy on a Friday night. I get to dominos to pay for and pick up the order. The RUDE lady who was the cashier ( she identified herself as a manager) told me that it would be an additional 25 to 30 minutes so I asked her why didn’t she tell me that before I paid for my food and she just still there with a smirk on her face so I said OK fine I come back to the store after 30 minutes not only is the food not ready it has not even been made. She tells me there are two more orders before my order. OK so I asked for a refund again with that same smirk she told me OK it’s refunded. It’ll take 3 to 5 business days and I said no I’d like for my money to return to my card now please and loudly she said it’ll take 3 to 5 business days. I then asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. She asked me if I wanted to speak to her general manager and I say please a young gentleman comes up with a rude, rude behavior toward me stating and I quote it’ll be 3 to 5 business days. I am not a bank, so I said OK may I please have the district managers phone number he said no I can’t give you that information and I told him I understood that I said well can you give the district manager my number and ask him/her to call me and again he rudely says no he is the manager, and what he says goes. Again, I asked him if I could leave my number for somebody to call me and that’s when he got loud and told me to just get out. While I’m standing there with this blank look on my face another young lady from the side, uses profanity toward me, and the other young lady who identified herself as the manager stated, I just want to stand there and argue, so that they were going to call the police at that point. I had five different employees telling me to just get out of the store.. I asked that young lady several times for a receipt she would not give me a receipt. Luckily I paid with a visa and I have proof that I was there. I know that they all smirking and laughing while myself and the other customers who were in the store standing there in disbelief looking at them I did go outside as they asked me to leave out of the store. I called the NASHVILLE police nonemergency line. I made my complaint and I am handling this myself. Every review that I read was the exception of two, and that one was a duplicate gave one star because of the poor and rude customer service. Well, I can confirm it was poor and rude customer service however, I am not only choosing not to support dominoes again. I am taking this to the highest level. This is about to be a bunch of bad publicity for dominoes particularly...
Read moreAbsolutely Disgusting Service from Assistant Manager Emily at Domino’s #5443
I can’t believe this is how a so-called “professional” pizza chain operates in 2025. I ordered from Domino’s #5443, and when I showed up to pick up my order with a $100 bill (because that’s what I had on me—it’s legal tender, last I checked), I was met with no sign stating this policy. Fine, whatever, but when I politely pointed out how insanely inconvenient that is—forcing customers to drive to another store or ATM just for change when you could easily break a bill in your own damn location—Assistant Manager Emily lost her mind. She snapped at me like I was the problem, hurling rude comments about how “that’s just policy” and I should “plan better.” I mentioned I’ve been in management myself and that her attitude was completely uncalled for, but instead of de-escalating, she flat-out refused to hand over my paid-for food unless I repeated verbatim that I have management experience and that her “conduct was not necessary.” What kind of power trip is this? She held my pizza hostage to humiliate me into backing down. I had to bite my tongue and say it just to get my order, but the whole experience left me fuming. This isn’t customer service; it’s straight-up bullying from someone who clearly shouldn’t be in any position of authority. Domino’s, fire Emily before you lose every loyal customer in the area. I’ll never step foot in this location again, and I hope no one else wastes their time or money there....
Read moreI ordered a carry out meal pizza and wings paid $44 but when I looked in the order it was wrong. I called the Hermitage store which my order was supposed to be delivered from but nobody knew who delivered my order. The worker had put the manager on the phone and he was so rude and unprofessional I'm trying to get the address and phone number for the location where my order came from he said the phone number so fast I couldn't understand it when I asked him could he please slow down and give me the number again he said NO and then HUNG UP in my FACE! They had gotten my money I received a bad order so after that they didn't give a DAM! I had to go through five different stores to find out who delivered my order before I got something done. Kay the manager at the store she was ok but could have been more professional but she did offer me a free pizza when I ordered. This is not the first time I've had an issue with the manager at the Hermitage store. I placed an order there before and he was not professional and the pizza wasn't good. I think they are stuck behind time there if you know what I mean? I will not eat at another Domino's ever again. I tell the Good and don't usually tell the bad but I had to say something about this issue and especially this particular Domino's Manager 😕! They need to get a new one. These ppl don't understand us customers are the reason ur in business! We CAN MAKE U...
