You I just encountered what I can confidently say was my absolute worst customer service experience this year. I had a rewards code for two whopper or impossible meals for $11.99. The manager on duty was extremely temperamental from the start. I was made to repeat my order multiple times due to her rushing the process before I was able to finish the order. She asked for the code and was noticeably annoyed I needed to make customizations. Nothing out of the ordinary (add cheese, onion rings) and I was forced to repeatedly get a new code and start over 3x. I pulled around and was told my total was over $20. I reminded the cashier of the discount and he called the manager to the window. She told me there is nothing she could do and it took $7 off the meal. I attempted to show her the offer on the app and she refused again stating she was not going to attempt to find a solution. This endeavor took over ten minutes. If it was not for her demeanor this would have never been an issue on my end and the $7 discount could have been accepted with ease. There were zero other customer vehicles in the entire parking lot. I just pulled away as my temperament with her was paper thin by this point and I would much rather remove myself from a situation than lower my behavior. I was truly hoping for a quick and affordable dinner for my mother and I. Instead I left empty handed with an explanation as to why this location is dead at 5pm when all the other restaurants in the area are packed. Read moreSo I went to this burger king this morning 7/8 and I ordered a number two croissantwich meal and another with no egg. I grabbed my food and went home to check, and it turns out that I dont have any meat on my first one and no bacon on the second. It was a simple order. I turn around immediately and see that they were selling lunch like 5 mins later. I ask if they could replace my sandwiches because I know that they still had the materials. She says that they no longer had any breakfast in stock. Thats a lie. So I was hoping to return the sandwiches for something in return. But I get nothing and im stuck buying another burger. So I ask for a chicken sandwich plain with cheese added with a med meal. She pauses for like 30 secs before answering me, mind you im the only person in line. Then she asks me if I wanted the sandwich plain with cheese to clarify. I say yes. Then I go to the window and she forgets my meal. So im stuck asking her for my meal. She says that I didnt say that and she didnt hear me with a annoyed looking face. Then she asks me if I still want it. Of course I still want my sandwich; why would I ask? So then im on my way with nothing but an egg sandwich and the other wrong and a new sandwich that I bought. I got nothing but more spent money, wasted time, and an attitude. The spicy chicken sandwich I bought was lukewarm at best and it had a thin chicken strip on it topped with buffalo sauce. The picture nor the website said it’d be topped with sauce, in the picture the chicken is thick and is breaded in spice not topped. It looked nothing like the picture and tasted disgusting.

Sadly this was a makeup mean from Customer Service for the bad service, lack of supplies and the food being cold/stale at the Donelson location. I thought a new location would be better to redeem it at but I might as well had stayed in Dinelson since the outcome was the same. Highly disappointed that I wasted $12 on my original meal from donelson and then another $10 (from my sorry coupon from Customer Service) on that sad excuse of a meal.
