Short Version: Don't go here, customer service is very bad. If you want Domino's, the other locations in Nashville are better.
Long Version: I ordered and paid for my carryout pizza online at 8:06 pm. When my girlfriend arrived to pick it up around 8:25, the front door was locked and she was motioned by to go around to the drive thru. There was another car waiting in the drive thru.
After waiting in the drive thru behind this car for 8 minutes, she called the store, thinking maybe they could bring it out or ask the car in front to circle around. After being disconnected 2 times, she called one more time, getting out of the car and approaching the front door to try to get their attention. That call was answered. They told her to go through the drive thru. She responded that there was someone blocking the drive thru.
At this point, about 8:40 pm, they decided to help the customer sitting in the drive thru. After that car pulls away with their pizza a few minutes later, she pulls up to the window. The lady working inside asks for the name on the order. She gives it, and the employee retrieves the pizza without saying another word to her.
The pizza had been ordered 40 min prior, had been ready for approximately a half hour, and my girlfriend had been there trying to pick it up for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, exactly one other customer had been helped. The employees showed no friendliness, apologies, or sympathy. No explanation for the delay in service was provided. I am disappointed, as I have only ever had good interactions with other Domino's in the past. That will be the last time I order from this...

Now I wanted this pizza without the hassle that I got last time, and wanted to be appreciated for my business.. Luckily, I met this lady. I think her name was Lauren.. She was in such a great mood. She happily took my order and we had a great conversation during this time. We discussed the horrible experience I previously had. She changed that experience by 100%. I loved watching her prepare my order to perfection and even demonstrating how it's done to a new employee. I was extremely impressed. I watched her operate like this was her business and she proclaimed that it was. My food was great. I love the way she stated her store would be number 1# soon. I said I gave her the room number when I ordered. She played it off like it was someone else and said it'll be another thirty minutes.I said make a new pizza. She hung up on me. Called back.Talked with a manager by the name of Kevin who apparently was distracted and or didn't understand when I said she hungup on me. He said she put me on hold to take to him. We'll by now I'm over the whole ordeal and Kevin seemed unconcerned. I told him cancel the order. So much for hearing a customer's details.
