I've been a loyal customer since 2021, but my recent experience was disappointing. The service I received was subpar, unlike anything I've encountered before. I'm hoping for improvements soon, the coffee was perfect the first couple of times at this location, but once they gave me A medium when I ordered large. But that isn't enough for a bad review. What is good enough for a bad review Is when I ordered on the app! The same exact time my daughter ordered hers. The only difference was that I got 3 items and she got 2 items but my order took over 10 minutes long for mine and 3 minutes for hers, and when I did get it The 2 coffees didn't have any coffee in them at all. The golden eagles tasted like somebody ran the coffee through there more than once. It didn't have the robust flavor that it usually has on either the iced one or the hot one. I used to work at a coffee shop. So I know what it tastes like when you don't fill.it with fresh coffee but run the coffee through there more than once.My golden eagle tastes like hot vanilla milk with caramel.In it, there was a hint of a coffee flavor. We mobile ordered about 10 mins ahead, hopped in line, waited a bit to have someone come take our order (no big deal, it was a very reasonable amount of time), waited in line some more, then they came back and we were instructed to let 4 cars go in front of us to keep things in order (not great, but I said no problem), and we proceeded to not move for 30+ minutes. According to my Life360, we pulled in at 11:59am and left at 12:41pm. I truly am a patient person who has been in customer service, but this was really unacceptable and frustrating. There was also no real interaction to make up for the fact we waited SO long. No one offered an explanation or a “sorry for your wait”, which would have been a nice acknowledgement. I ordered a blended golden eagle zero sugar, and I got the oppsotive, this thing has so much sugar, I can feel it, what if I was diabetic?! And it’s not even blended!?! It’s the second time this happens to me at this location. I asked for protein milk and I got charged extra for it, now I wonder if they really added it or not?!

The girl at the window just kept looking at me with disgust, when I gave her the $7.08 she completely went out her away to not touch my hand and made an ugly face.. till this day I don’t understand why people work with customers if they’re going to be judging customers based on their profession?!
