Reviewed them a few weeks ago. I got a response asking me to give them another chance. So I did. Big mistake. I am now changing my opinion from ONE of the worst Taco Bell's I have been to, to the Worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. Most off the staff was outside smoking weed. And they weren't even trying to hide it. Mean while the drive thru had 8 cars in line. I get to the microphone to order and the person on the other end tells me that they are accepting cash only and it must be exact change and that their credit card machine is not working. now this drive-thru is one that once you're in you can't get out of until you get your food and leave. So I advised them that it was against the law to accept cash and not have change. They were perfectly within the rights to accept credit card only but not cash with no change. I asked her to repeat her statement so I can record it but she refused and a guy came on and said what do you want I make change. And then invites him all I had was a credit card he said oh our credit card machines working she must have been mistaken. Needless to say I left. Don't bother wasting your time this place is awful. Terrible staff. Every time I'm actually gotten food from them it's never been right anyway. so no more give a second chances or third chances to this Taco Bell. It should be...

I went to this drive thru at around 11P. Stupidly, assuming it wasn't that hard to get my order correct I drove off without checking the bag. I got home (maybe 2 miles away) to realize half of my order was missing (I only order two items). I returned to the drive thru in less than 10 minutes. I'm greeted at the window my Dilman S. with lots of attitude. First she asks to see my receipt (so you're telling me there's not an order of chicken roll ups that didn't make it to a bag?? sounds like they never were made). Fair enough though, I show her my receipt. I sit at the window a good 10 minutes. She come back and almost flings the order at me and says "They said they put it in the bag, but here you go." I can't deal, I'm not even going to waste my energy, as they clearly could care less.

Read moreDuring the day is great and it shouldnt be apart of what I am about to tell you. The PM shift where you go through the drive thru is horrible. I ordered my food and granted they are quick. But they gave me the wrong food. I checked while I pulled out of line but I was like okay I can just pull around and tell them so they can fix it. So when I got to talk to them and told them about the mix up. I felt like they blame me for not checking the FOOD that they gave me. They had an annoying tone towards me. Later they told me one of the 3 burritos I ordered they were out of and she didn't have a code to give me a refund. So the manager told me I would give free taco Bell tomorrow if I came and told them about it.
So I thought oh cool I get my food now and a free meal. I waited another minute and they told me they wouldn't make my food and I would have to come back tomorrow. So for them to say I would get my meal for "FREE" was a lie. I payed them today and I would be getting my meal TOMORROW. They were rude, did not give me my food I paid for and basically didn't give great customer service. Worst experience ever. I would give this less than a star of how rude they...
