I’ve been coming here for over 4 years! I always come here literally 2 to 3 times a week! Today they lost my business! My nephew and I come here all the time. Every time we come we always spent at least $50 or more! My nephew was upset about the amount of sauce that they give us every time we order. I always let it slide! But today! I was not having it. I happen to make multiple orders for different people in my family today a total of 7 different bags. Each bag contain at least 8 to 5 tacos each. Long story short I’m not going to get into details about the past orders that we always got. Always charge us $.25 for each sauce. I don’t know about anyone else but eating 10 tacos by myself. I always expect to use at least 10 sauces. One sauce for each taco. Ordered a total of five tacos in seven different bags. They put two sauce in each bag. As I’ve said one of the bags had 8 tacos the other three had 5 to 3 tacos. And they put Two sauce in each bag like are you serious right now? I know it’s just sauce but I’ve been coming here for over three years and spent so much money here each time. But 8 tacos and only 2 sauces. The employee told me that the owner cussed out the employees that are working because they give out too much sauce for now on the new policy is only two for each order. It doesn’t matter how many tacos you order. You can order eight like me and get two sauce. The sauce use to be $.25 each. Now they are $.50 each that small little tiny cup is not going to do it. Nashville, has plenty of taco shops all around town. They are not the only taco shop around town at all. With that being said, they lost a loyal customer not that they care but it is what it is. Not just that I always tip very well for me to always do takeout. FYI, this is the very first time in three or 4 years that I did multiple orders in different bags. Usually we just make one big order and split everything ourselves at home but tonight was hectic with the family issues. Thats why we did separate bags tonight. But shouldn’t be a problem...
Read moreI visited for lunch with a friends. They had recommended it and based off the recommendation I was excited to try it out. The food was average , the spices and flavors were pretty bland for what I expected from a Mexican restaurant. This location was converted from an old gas station.
The service was average, but the meat was very bland and the portions were too small to fill you up.
When we arrived at 11:00 a.m., we were seated immediately. We hadn't made a reservation, but the restaurant was empty except for us.
They menu made the food look tasty, but I discovered they were bland and flavorless I left the salad untouched as I didn’t want anything else without flavor. For a location manufactured from and old gas station, the quality is what you should expect.
I left a tip on the table and exited the restaurant with a smile.
Overall, I did not enjoy my experience. The main course was flavorless but, the staff was caring, but the food was still bland.
I don’t plan to visit again and I do not recommend if in the mood for...
Read moreThis place used to be a gas station but now is an amazing Mexican joint. Our server was the perfect balance of efficient, kind, and attentive without being overwhelmingly so. I was with my "buffet friend" haha so we ordered a bunch of little things and everything came out timed well and delicious. Yes, you might have to Google the names of some dishes, but please for the love of delicious food, get something you've never had before. Those are the best kinds of adventures.
We had guacamole, which was the most perfect balance of ingredients. That citrus hit perfectly! We also had pico, which wasn't my favorite pico, but you cannot win them all. I got the pulpo enamorado, which was the dish we've never had before, and it was this amazing octopus seafood salad type dish that was delicious on crackers or the tostadas. We also sampled a gordita, a few tacos, and a tamale. Everything was great. You should really go forth and adventure here! Bonus is that there are international markets across the street to keep on...
