Taqueria Hidalgo — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Very poor Customer Service ! Visited feb 16th 2019 evening ordered 3 tacos, 1 quesadilla and 1 Burrito with the sour cream on the side. Then stood along with everyone that was waiting on their orders at the dispensing counter. After 20mins & noticing people that had ordered after us were picking up their food. I tried checking on my order with the guy at the dispensing counter but one of the cooks(manager I was told later) shushed me said they'd be with me in a minute. Then 10mins after that, we checked with the hostess. She apologized they misplaced our ticket order in the kitchen. She reprinted and would put a rush on it. After 20mins more we asked the hostess for a cancellation and refund. She apologized again and said "sorry I tried to rush it after they misplaced the ticket but the manager doesn't like to be told what to do" A total of 50 minutes wait to never get my food and they still charged our card for 2 drinks... There was a sweet customer that noticed I had been waiting for too long (I think she just felt sorry for me since its clearly noticeable I'm pregnant) and gave us 2 free tacos she said she had ordered too much . The tacos weren't anything special...so glad we ended up...

When we first arrived, we were greeted with the kindest woman (I’m assuming the manager) who walked us a little bit through the menu and offered her help with any questions we had. The tacos came out quick, tasted AMAZING (very fresh and the corn tortillas were the best I’ve had), and that same woman came around and asked about our experience and if there was anything she could help with. I even went back for more!...

I can tell why they are 2.9. I ordered through grub and got there and was told “we don’t check grub often you need to use the app. Which is not an option on the web ordering. Got my food 15 minutes later. Good. Got home the quesadillas were dripping in oil. Not even done. The pork in the quesadillas was sooo dry I could not chew it. Not a...
