I addressed the following in an email to corporate and haven’t heard anything yet. This was shared on 9/27/24 and the Case # is 189150.
The concerns I have are listed below: Pam, the cashier, has a very disrespectful I don’t care attitude when taking my order. Every time I am in the restaurant and this person is there she has this poor work ethic and lack of customer service.
I asked on 3 different occasions for some of the fresh biscuits that just came out of the oven. Once again, I was ignored by Pam and she didn’t even acknowledge that I asked. I received the biscuit and it was cold. Took it back saying it was cold.
By now I’m just furious at the lack of attention and customer care. Many of the regulars were in there too.
Something needs to be said and addressed as this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this employee’s attitude.
I love Hardee’s but moments like this that continue to happen lead to reviews like this and reasons for me to go elsewhere because it’s like you don’t listen to these concerns (much less acknowledge them) from the corporate level.

I go into the restaurant the manager is standing behind the counter, a well fed but grungy looking young man is standing Infront of the ordering counter and asks me for money to buy food, I politely said I didn't have any cash, he asks can you use a card? I politely said no the manager witnessing all of this then proceeds to give him an order of food that he was already waiting on.
