Here is why I assert that Surati is the best Indian dining experience:

I dine and pick up food from Surati several times a month. By now, I have had everything on their menu at least once - everything is delicious. They take pride in delivering the best meal to their guests.

This afternoon, my wife asked me to stop in and pick up Vegetable+Paneer Biryani FROM SURATI. We pass four Indian restaurants and drive 18 miles to pick up the food. from Surati The proprietor made a special off-the-menu just for me because I had told him last time that I like a specific item which is not created in indian restaurants in USA. I was impressed that he remembered this from our small talk. I write this review after 75+ dining experience at Surati, and they deserve and they earned it.

We enjoy Surati because the quality and flavor of their food is extraordinary. We enjoy it because they pour their heart in creating a memorable and satisfying experience - every time. More importantly, the whole team is very engaged and hospitable. The proprietor is always present with a bright smile and he genuinely cares about client experience.

A few days ago, I invited my client who wanted to experience authentic Indian food to Surati for lunch. The proprietor knows that I work with a very special group of very high value clients - he made me look like I was a Bollywood Rock Star in Nashville, TN! Client was impressed. The whole team was on their toes, ensuring that my client and I had most delightful experience. Since then, I have invited many clients and my peers to Surati.

Surati is the BEST authentic Indian street food experience. On a rating scale of FIVE STARS for taste, hospitality, quality and value - Surati is SEVEN STARS! They know how to make you feel special.

I was in my flight yesterday around 8:45 pm and I called Surti restaurant Nashville for Togo order. thay were about to close and my google map says 20 min drive from nashville airport. I called them at first time ( person says sorry its not possible cz we about to close. ) i can understand the situation for the restaurant life. ( I said its alright ) than I got a call from them again and the guy said that sir go ahead and place your order and try to come at 9:10 pm maximum. I said yes I will be there... it was my bad luck that I was stuck in airport for while, again I had a call from surti restaurant about my food is ready and how long time you will be here? I said sir you can keep my food out side at carryout window and I will take it from there and go ahead I will pay to on phone. i paid through phone and again I had call from them at 9:25 pm. ( 25 min after restaurant closed ) and person said that sir I am hiding your food in one cart beside building please take your food from there because too many homeless people walking around the restaurant and they might can take your food.. he ask me for adding paper plates and stuff to my food so we can have food on parking lot...… I see call again from that restaurant today morning ( I could not able to pick up ) but I am sure that call should be about ( did you take your food yesterday night ? )…Yes sir I took that food from cart and it was very amazing... Thank you so much for great service and When ever I have chance I will definitely stop by there.

I really liked the decor and ambiance of the environment within the restaurant. Additionally, the gentleman taking our order was extremely polite and courteous considering our background not deriving from the Indian culture (essentially assisted in choosing food items, which were all first for me).

This restaurant serves the same logistical ordering process as Hattie B's (many locals will understand this). The food came out in a relatively timely manner, considering the restaurant was completely full. I was surprised at the variety of options that this restaurant provided.

The food we were able to order based off the gentlemen who recommended our food items: Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav, Masala Chai, Masala Dosa -- was very delicious; so obviously, it is a fantastic restaurant. Definitely scored a repeat customer from this experience and can't wait to come back and try the other plethora of items listed on the menu!

Also, be sure to check out their custom painted walls throughout the environment! That was a nice touch that the owners added and to my interpretation it is for the experience. It is definitely something that you will not be able to experience in any other restaurant...
