In short...please just go anywhere else.
Hereās why:
No accuracy at all...not even through an ordering app. No clucks given about your order. No masks or gloves worn.
I ordered this food from their app. Iāll put it like this. I canāt dispute my order if it matches up with what I placed through their app. Thatās on me. BUT! When they just give you anything, and tell you itās all there, thatās not cool.
You also have to consider, buying food from a restaurant in this current situation is very risky. I want the least amount of time around random people as possible. I could have stayed and checked my entire order, but thatās the risk we are taking right now. Thereās no way to misinterpret what the customer wants when itās ordered through an app.
When I realized I had the wrong order, we were already home. I am not going to take it back. I canāt. Not with this current situation. So I just prayed it would be really good even though the order was really wrong.
IT. WAS. NOT.
That chicken was so dry, I thought I cooked it. The gizzards were tough. The okra was actually alright. I would honestly say the best thing about this meal was bourbon I drank to wash it down.
The two staff members were not wearing gloves or masks. If I get the rona, I know where I got it from for sure. And this food was not worth dying over by a long shot.
Just do yourself a favor. Eat...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was visiting all the way from MS & I heard good things about the food here, but Prince's chicken was better. The service is very slow. The cashier, Tireka, was soooo rude! She was not friendly, had a very bad attitude. I had something in my drink and I showed it to her and she rolled her eyes and dropped another one on the counter, didn't say anything. Then when my order was ready, she just dropped my bag on the counter. She kept leaving the register unattended and had customers waiting. After her rude and nasty behavior, I didn't want to deal with her anymore so I asked my father to please grab my order because I was so upset with the way she was treating me. He asked her a question about the order and she replied to him very ugly. He then told her "we can be civil or act like ignorant people with attitudes, because I asked you politely", she then left the counter, called out orders 71-75 (our tickets were 69 & 70)and then dropped the bag on the counter. We left and will not return again. Horrible service!š” Even others agreed that she was very rude as we were leaving out. They just stated that they did not want to say anything to her to make matters worse. Please pay attention to who you hire, because some people can be bad for business and she definitely is one of those people. This was yesterday at 3:00 pm and I am still...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood was hot and ready on time, but the young lady at the cashier station wasn't overwhelmingly friendly. (She also was not wearing a mask.) I told her I had an online order to pick up, she asked for my name and then just dropped the greasy, hastily packaged box on the counter. No "thank you", no "have a nice day", no "get your ish and get out"... nada. I just got my food, said thanks and left. No good.
The parking lot needed trash pickup, and the restaurant itself could use a good remodelling.
Three stars for the food-the shrimp was outstanding-plump, juicy, perfectly cooked and spicy (I ordered Hot). The fries were good as well, even though I couldn't eat them immediately. The only bad thing was the bread-I know it's customary to have that slice of bread under all the goodies to soak up that spicy oil, but the two pieces of bread were absolutely SATURATED with oil. Shrimpy, fishy oil. I took one bite and tossed it. Maybe the version with chicken juice would've been more palatable, but I knew if I ate that bread I'd be up all night with heartburn (or worse).
Maybe you would have a better experience if you had this...
