Stopped in on a Saturday evening with my college-aged son. The dining room was orderly but empty. I'm sure they do mostly take-out orders so not that surprising. Still, a little human energy would have been nice. We received prompt and courteous service. Ordered garlic knots and a large meat lovers pizza. Received the knots in 10 or 12 minutes - reasonable for freshly baked items - and it was a generous serving for the price. The marinara was a bit underwhelming, with a bit of a canned tomato soup vibe, but the garlic knots were fresh and delicious. Pizza arrived hot and fresh. It was very good. Adequate toppings, and kind of a bready outer crust. Dave Portnoy would undoubtedly call it a "football" pizza. Darn good value at $15.99. Large meat lovers, garlic knots, and one Coke... Under $25. Not bad at all. Had three slices left to take home to boot. The parking lot is a bit sketchy with cracks and potholes and the liquor store next door had piles of empty boxes out front - not the greatest curb appeal - but overall there's a lot to like about E Milano's. They had a large menu of non-pizza items too. And yes, several take-out orders were served up while we were there. If I lived in the area I'd definitely be a regular customer.

They charge more than their menu says (right above means a completely different section), and adding a salad is $8 unless you correct them. Then it's $3.99 even though the menu says $1.99. An additional 2oz ramiken of dressing is $.75, which is fine. Their ceasar salad is generic, and the dressing is watery. The lasagna was a very small piece for $13.99 compared to countless other Italian restaurants I've had (it was almost like a soup). It's a real shame because they make an excellent sauce. I'd buy it by the quart if the price is right. The breadsticks were great. The restaurant was decorated nicely. It was silent in there which reminded me when I worked in one. That was neat. I didn't dine in, so I don't have an opinion other than it looked nice. Overall, I feel ripped off. I easily would have started frequenting this place just for that sauce.

Stopped in here to pick up a to-go Pizza. the fact that there was nobody inside, customer or staff, should have been enough to turn me away, but I was hungry. Waited around 5 minutes inside, before calling the phone number, nobody answered and there was nobody in the back. Finally one of the employees who was apparently outside decided to come back in. I got my pizza and paid, and drove 15 minutes back to the house. The pizza was mediocre, very little sauce, and incredibly thin. I ordered a simple pepperoni and extra cheese, and it looks like they went to reverse on the cheese, because there wasn't very much on there. That being said, I gave them a try. No intentions on going back.

Being Italian it's very hard for me to eat out at an Italian restaurant, but this restaurant is molto bono! I ordered the lasagna and got a much bigger piece than I did at another Italian restaurant on Lebanon Road. When I walked in the door just to see the cheese and the hot pepper on the table I knew I was in for a delicious surprise. Had been there years ago and never got around to going but went last night and going again tonight. Getting a meatball sub. Give this place a try You will not be disappointed. The menu is got a lot of choices for everyone. Definitely get the tiramisu! I'd give it a 10 if I could!

Update as of September this restaurant has changed hands and it is now called Italian Pizza House versus e Milano pizza's house and there's a big difference between the maintenance of the restaurant and the quality of the food. They have not changed the salt and pepper shakers in over a month nor have they stocked the other condiments of cheese and red pepper. For the first month there was no soda machine working or stocked in their cooler. Service is very slow and it does take a long time for your food to get cooked. Parking is absolutely horrible because the owners park in the front instead of out towards the road. The white lighting around the outside of the building is very eye offensive. On the plus side, the owners are very pleasant and accommodating. They kept the same menu. Now they're adding their flavor into the food, some of which is not a plus, but their pizzas are absolutely fantastic! Their meatball sub is excellent. The menu is quite The verse to choose from. I don't think you would be disappointed in the quality of the food and its preparation. The presentation could be improved and they could update the restaurant to be more European perhaps with some Italian music playing in the background.. and amber light to make it more enjoyable to eat there instead of those white bright lights! I do recommend it as I feel the new owners will make the necessary...

Food is alright, won't order again though. Upon realizing that the delivery had exceeded the original timeframe I called to check for a status. Was told it would be here soon & it was. Unfortunately, the driver was apparently irritated about the inquiry & confrontationally told me that I shouldn't expect them to be here within 45 minutes (the timeframe THEY provided lol) because of traffic & their location from my home (maybe 12-15 mins away). It was definitely a terrible & baffling experience considering I hadn't even complained!! I called to report the incident & was told by the manager that "the drivers don't understand or speak English very well so they don't know what they're saying."😑 Broken English or not the man got his point across just fine. Even more concerning, why would you hire drivers who you think can't communicate with customers properly anyway & try to use it as an excuse when they're rude to them? Bottom line, he could, did, was rude and I won't be patronizing or recommending this location at all. That was ridiculous for no reason. The Sugar Valley drive location is much better anyway with an owner who actually cares about his business & customers. Can't get delivery from where I am now but it's well worth the drive to pickup for good service. //Received owner response, thanks. Not sure why Google bumped this up as it's been months ago lol Food was alright, I would've been quite "pleased" without the rude interaction; unfortunately you just can't expect that from every establishment no matter how well one may attempt to handle it on their own end. I'm in the customer service industry myself so I DEFINITELY have a soft spot for others who do as well. I'm also very conscious of how I approach things due to that fact but this was just one of those unfortunate experiences nonetheless....
