Been going there for years and they always hook me up with a free sandwich and drink on my birthday because I'm a shore point member.(that's one of the perks) . I've been 'very been sick for two days and the only thing that got me up and out today was to go get my birthday cheesesteak. I got there ,and after I ordered, I went to the register and the guy rings up a cheesesteak and I said it's my birthday, to which he said, SO... I said I get one free and I can show you my ID and type in my shore points number and he said without the confirmation email I can't do anything for you. To which I checked my email and didn't receive one yet. So they just shrugged it off. Mind you...they had already had the sandwich about done. I could hear them making it. So I asked multiple employees there what I could do and no one could give me an answer. I stayed there for about 10 minutes trying to figure it out on their website and shore point status and couldn't get a message sent to me. I asked a man again behind the counter what I could do (in a black Jersey mikes shirt, which I imagine is a supervisor or manager) and he just said there's nothing I can do without an email. Guys....I would've just paid for it but I didn't bring any money with me knowing it was gonna be free. So....I took an hour out of my birthday (today) to go to Jersey Mikes in Bellevue just for them to say🖕🖕. Thanks Jersey Mike's. You know how to make a loyal customer feel special on their birthday. Will NEVER...
Read moreHistorically, I've always liked Jersey Mike's as a franchise. Find a location with a good staff and it's a pretty solid sub. Unfortunately, this particular store seems to have become a perpetual Clown Show. It had already been run into the ground by the previous owners, who had a staff that behaved as if they were auditioning for the Jerry Springer Show. I was hopeful that things would improve as they have new ownership. While the corporate renovations have made the store much cleaner and appealing, the two times that I've ordered were disappointing. Both times the sandwichs were rather skimpy on the meats and other ingredients. Not what I would have considered "giant" or "super". However, I decided to give them a third chance, but today was the last straw. Walked in at 1:30pm on a Sunday and they had a sign in the window that looked like Kindergarten artwork that said "no turkey or chicken". Fair enough, I guess I'lll order an Italian, but when I approached the counter, they informed me that they had run out of lettuce. Theater Of The Absurd! I'm done with this location. At least the place is cleaner and the new staff is better mannered than the previous crew, but the management appears to not be able to get ship up to overall...
Read moreI have loved Jersey Mike's for a long time. The last time I went when I got home with my sandwich it was all wrong. I got a #9 and the guy was going to leave the bacon off until I asked for it. When I got home I saw the roast beef was not on there and it tasted like a ham and mayo sandwich. I couldn't eat the whole thing because of how heavy the mayo was and I'm not a big fan of ham, there was just a very little amount turkey on there. This is only 1 of 2 sandwiches I ever get and it tasted nothing like usual. There is no way to get a hold of the store. I emailed their corporate and they were sending it to the store. A week later I emailed corporate again to let them know no one reached out or made things right and they helped rectify the situation. Corporate sent a message to the store a 2nd time also and there was still no answer. This store has really gone down hill from first going and is now not worth it at...
