The calzone was the worst I've ever had. I'm sorry for this branch, some of their customers will decide not to order from here because of my review, but indeed I decided to order because of another good review. I ordered mushroom calzone for delivery. First, manager should know the area. My apartment building is the biggest one in the area. So they should train their drivers how to get to the building. I know my apartment is a little complicated, but I used to work for Pizza Hut and other local pizza businesses in the past. I always got my managers' opinions about the buildings I went. Pizza was cold because of the driver not being able to find my apartment. I had to go to the parking lot, and walk about 300 ft to get my pizza at the garage. I would have gone to the store if I knew I would walk this distance. Food quality is not as good as I expected from reviews. I ate much much better calzones from local little pizza stores. This was the worst taste. They use canned mushrooms, not the fresh ones. That was the worst part. Mozarella cheese quality is below the average. The only good thing on this experience was parmesan cheese on top. I'm sorry guys, but you need to way improve yourselves to get my order again. Additional comment on Oct 1 2011: I find Meg's rating pretty funny too. The main point was that at the time of delivery, the calzone was not hot at all. If ordering a pizza is not for convenience, what is it for? Why do I tip a driver? for not being able to find my house and bringing me a cold pizza? Read morePlaced an order online at 2:49pm 3/9/18 for pickup at 5:30pm on 3/9/18. After placing order, I called Jet's to confirm they understood that I wasn't picking up my order until 5:30 because the online confirmation email informed me my order would be ready in 20 minutes.
I arrive at 5:20pm and the lady at the counter has be sign the C/C slip and she calls out my order number to the kitchen/pizza area I told her that it wasn't to be ready until 5:30pm. I only heard someone hollow back "that wasn't ready until 5:30", so I took a seat.
5:30pm came and went, so at 5:45pm I went to the counter and asked about my order. I was told it's "almost ready", so I stood at the counter. Well, I stood at the counter for 10 more minutes with another person who ordered his pizza at 5pm and was told it would be ready at 5:20pm. While I stood there, I could see a "prep" station, and I watched one of the workers make two calzone's with with only one sanitation glove on. He was touching the entire calzone with his hand as he made it. I didn't say anything until my "almost ready" pizza turned into 11 more minutes. I final asked the front counter lady if you could instruct him to put gloves on and she went and told him.
I asked to speak to a manager and I told him how late my pizza was and he responded "yeah, we burned one of yours and had to start another". He offered me no apology, not a discount, nothing. He walked back to the pizza area and returned with my pizzas and said "here you go buddy".
I'm calling the health department and will never return. Furthermore, I'm going to contact Jet's pizza corporate on Monday.

I did an order through grubhub the app and paid and received confirmation. Then I arrive at the store and was treated very poorly by one of the staff saying there’s no order available and she just left us without telling us anything at all. We stood there for a few and then the manager named CHRIS comes out and says I didn’t receive any orders from grubhub and I’m not giving you guys free food... me and my fiancée looked at each other like wth is her problem. Along with that she was VERY rude to us and then told us to contact grubhub directly even though on the confirmation email it clearly says to contact the store itself. So I did and got on the phone with grubhub and they confirmed that everything went through and they are not sure what the manager is even talking about. Then the manager comes back and says oh yeah we found it after calling us liars and that they are not giving free foods etc.. then we wait a good 30-40 minutes in the store and out comes another employee saying that they don’t have our order and that they never received it. So that’s when I asked for a refund but Chris hesitated then started yelling at us and telling us to get out of the store and told my fiancée that she doesn’t need to be getting “sassy”.
