Subway — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I usually come to this store on my way home cause it’s convenient. But I think yesterday was my last stop at this location. Everytime I come in the older Indian lady always makes snarky remarks in her language to the other lady. But yesterday was IT for me. She made the comment to the lady saying I was “trying to look black” excuse me ??! I asked her to repeat herself & she acted like she had no clue but I CLEARLY heard her say it. Like what ? I had on a long sleeve white shirt, Nike sweats & Nikes lol I’m sorry I don’t walk around covering my head & face to please rude headstrong men who think they superior to every woman. This lady must help run this store & has been there for many years so I don’t see her losing her job anytime soon. But if you want business, specially in the middle of hermitage with a lot of diverse cultures, I’d watch what you say to or around your customers. & really at the end of the day, this lady had no idea what ethnicity I was & still made a comment like that. What if I was a black female ? Or mixed etc ? You should be ashamed of...

The elderly lady with short grey hair is the rudest person you could imagine. She was rude and her nasty faces and snide remarks while I was placing my order was very disrespectful. I never complain but I was so mad when I left this location and I will NEVER go there again. I will drive a little further in hopes I get treated better. I let 2 guys order ahead of me as I need 4 items but only ended up with 3 because I just couldn't deal with her any longer that is what started it all. She was not happy I let them go ahead of me. Then after the 2 subs she went straight to the customer behind me as if I was done ordering. I just stood there and she was like WHAT YOUR ORDERING MORE? Well yes ma'am that was my plan. So basically I don’t like that it was very rude from the personal that they did knock at restroom door and they did asked me to go out from restroom because they decided that few minutes in restroom is too long. Than when I get out they told me that they sorry because they were thinking I’m gas station worker or homeless. And they had only one restroom working, second is closed for some reason. So as for the costumer if I need use restroom I need it. And after I will for sure buy food. But I really don’t like that workers was asking me to get out. And is not my problem that second restroom is closed. It was my last time when I came to this subway. I will not come anymore… I think is disrespectful and is very bad...
