Madeline Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

We ordered 3 pizzas. We asked for a large cheese, a medium pepperoni and bacon, and a medium hamburger with green peppers and onions. They told us 20 minutes for delivery. 20 minutes later they call and ask if we want the green peppers and onions cooked on the hamburger. We thought it was strange because who would order raw vegetables on a pizza but we went with it and said yes. They tell us it will be another 20 minutes. When the delivery finally arrives, we had 2 of our pizzas and a cheeseburger sandwich with green peppers and onions on it. We call the store and explain that we got the wrong order, that we ordered a hamburger pizza and they made an actual hamburger. They said “we have ground beef topping but we don’t have hamburger”....ummm, isn’t ground beef on a pizza called hamburger? We asked if they would please refund us the cheeseburger and they could have the delivery guy come take it if they wanted. They told us it was our fault, that ground beef pizza is not a hamburger pizza and hung up on us. What a joke! We’ve already disputed it with our credit card and will be getting the payment stopped. When we read all the negative reviews (6 out of the last 7 are negative) we knew better but they were closest to us and delivered here so we took a chance....

I ordered delivery from this place over the weekend. This was my first time trying it and it sounded like the food was great. I placed my order at 9:50pm once I was checked into a local hotel. I got an email it would be delivered by 11:04. At 11:20 still no food I called them. They said only one driver it was coming now... almost 30 minutes later they called asking if I wanted pasta on my pizza and that was a regular thing but not everyone liked it. I said no (I wanted my food already.). I waited almost another 20 plus minutes and they brought my order with no sides and garlic bread I guess for the wait with hard crunchy parmesan cheese and no sauce. Dried up chicken wings with no sauce. Then I see half my order is missing. I called and told them all I was missing and they said they were out of silverware because they had a busy day. (I'm sorry how is that my fault?) They managed to send one set which my family had to share because we ordered pasta. Which ended up being dry and tasted like it came from a mix. I tried to contact the owner for a refund or at least an apology of which she only asked my address and never responded afterwards. I have no idea how they ever got good reviews but I hope anyone deciding to eat there changes their minds! I...

The service is HORRIBLE! When I walked in, I was not greeted. Everyone was on their phones in the back paying no attention to me. I finally had to yell to get the attention of this one man who asked me to wait a bit until he was done with his phone. When he came to the front, I told him what I wanted. All I ordered were the garlic knots. Why did it take 45 minutes for them to make some simple garlic knots? I went to take a seat to eat my food and noticed I had no marinara sauce. I went back up to the counter to ask for marinara sauce and again I was asked to "wait a minute" while the man finished whatever he was doing on his phone. A women from the back saw me just standing there and rudely asked what I was waiting for. That was after about a whole minute of standing there waiting for my marinara sauce, while the man was STILL on his phone. I finally got the marinara sauce and did not dine in because I was already sooo mad. I went there a second time to see if it was just a bad day for the restaurant and it turns out, this is an everyday thing!
