I stopped in McDonald's at Murfreesboro & Fesslers in Nashville for breakfast before work. In this particular McDonald's, the franchisee chooses to play Christian music which I'm VERY apposed to. I'm not anti-Christian, In fact I attend a Christian church every Sunday. What I'm apposed to is McDonald's is a place for families and all people, they don't need to be proselytized to. Honoring other people's cultures, religions (or non-religion), and celebrating diversity should be job #1. Playing Christian music and forcing an agenda and beliefs on someone else (albeit subtle) is disrespect and in very bad taste. I reported this to McDonald's corporate office and requested a call back which has not come. Until then, I'm boycotting ALL McDonald's. I cannot believe that McDonald's corporate, with it's global reach would allow or condone such stupidity. I learned that this franchisee owns 20 McDonald's stores and has Christian music played in all of them. Again, insensitive and disrespectful.
In addition to this, they messed up my order delivery and then the employee argued with me about it. This franchisee couldn't run an umbrella based on my experience, let alone a restaurant.
Google shares my stats with me, and my reviews have reached over 1.3 million people, and they have said I'm in the top 10% of reviewers in the country, so I trust McDonalds will call me. My complaint case number is: Case...
Read moreWho doesn't love McDonald's? I mean, everyone on Earth, and I mean everyone, knows that McDonald's is not the place to go so if you're trying to lose weight or if you want a healthy snack. Frankly, when they started making salads I thought it was a little silly because who wants to eat a salad at a place known for greasy fatty foods? That said, I as well as most other people know that eating at places like McDonald's, in moderation, is okay. And out of all of the fast food joints in America, and probably across the world, we all know McDonald's is the best... And the most addictive. LOL. I can't really think of anything on the menu that I don't like. But oh, for me, nothing will ever be there double bacon cheeseburger and they're vanilla and chocolate ice cream cone. The main negative, and this is a huge problem that McDonald's needs to change, are the extremely rude and unhappy people who work there. The reason they are unhappy is because they are paid very little to do not so easy work. They should get paid a little bit more so that they are happy and treat McDonald's customers better. Other than that, I love McDonald's! But I only eat it maybe once a month. I give...
Read moreCustomers that come in this store are treated like second class. The evening shift manager is rude to say the least. She has no qualifications for leadership nor customer service. God forbid you request anything including to use the restroom after paying for your food. It’s as if the customer is a burden to them. The days of McDonald’s standards are gone. Hell, you can’t even get anyone to take an order at the counter these days. Where’s my discount for taking my own order. The standard 90 second policy that McDonald’s was known for to have the food to the customer is OUT THE WINDOW. PATHETIC! Then there’s the outrageous price for mediocre standard processed food. I no problem paying good money for quality food but definitely take issue with overpriced processed, cold and garbage food. I don’t even mind eating junk food just as long as it’s pricing according to the quality. I like junk food just like we all do from time to time but damn this place is GARBAGE!! You’ve been warned so don’t expect much of this place. Good luck getting anyone to address a simple request like requests for...
