I called ahead of time to verify the wait before placing an order. We were told 25-30 minutes. Reasonable enough, so I placed an order for a large pizza and breadsticks. I gave them 35 minutes, as I have historically had issues with this location and when I showed up, the gentleman at the register was also answering phones and it took anywhere from 5-10 minutes for me to actually be helped. The breadsticks were ready, but not the pizza. The gentleman had gone and checked the oven and played it off like it would only be a few more minutes. Then, 10 minutes later, I was asked what I ordered by the manager that was working. I had already paid and they hadn't even started my pizza. I remained patient and waited for my pizza. At this point, I was already here. While I was waiting, they started telling people that were calling in that they couldn't take anymore delivery orders. On top of that, the man lied to those potential customers on the phone and told them that they were out of dough. 15 minutes later (almost an hour after the initial promise time of 25-30 minutes) my pizza was finally ready and I headed home. It was a typical delivery process until the delivery driver stated that they only gave him half my order. I was instructed to call the store and have the other half sent out. I called and Donovan ( Operations Manager) then proceeded to state that he will resend the order out. An hour goes by and I don’t receive an update. I then call back and another manager states that he forgot to call and say I’m out of range. Keep in mind I already called the Bell Road location and they stated Nolensville is my designated store. I was then told to accept a refund (3-7 days for it to reflect on my account) and place another order at Bell road since he was too busy with current orders. Which is out of my range. I’m only met with unprofessional behavior, lack of empathy, and lack of accountability. I’m sad that I have to leave a review with such dissatisfaction but Donovan’s professionalism or lack there of has now completely turned me away from Papa John’s all together. Read moreTERRIBLE, service. I accidentally placed an order to this specific store and I was so upset because I KNEW from years ago, they have terrible service. I mean rude and disrespectful. I waited outside in 42 degree weather, with no help. It’s 9pm, i ordered my pizza at 7:15pm.. I called, and went to the store. 5-4 people in that store and 1 person acknowledged me and they whispered hey. After that I patiently waited for 10-15 minutes outside the pick up window because the store door was locked! 2 people, and 2 delivery people were serviced. I was not told hold on nothing! EVERYONE IN STORE CONTINUED TI ACT BUSY, even the man who was sweeping the floor but couldn’t even make eye contact with me because him and EVERYONE ELSE IN THAT STORE WAS WRONG.
