Another update - 05/10/2023
I guess i will give it a little more. Service is a little better, but i order through the app now to not have to talk to anyone.
Inside tables had trash on them and crumbs... Even though an employee was walking around.
Same old issue teying to get a drink refill.

This place is horrible. Took 25min to get an order of nuggets.. that was 25min after waiting in no line, but for somone to actually take my order at a register. Girl taking my ordered seemed bothered that she had to work then handed me my shake with no straw, and never asked what sauces i wanted. Then the "manager" or "supervisor" that was working was racially profiling two black guys that they screwed up their order....
Corporate needs to step in at this store and do something. I have been here several times recently, and it just gets worse and worse each time. I am NOT a karen. I just expect good service at Chick-fil-A. This is worse than McDonald's service....
OLD REVIEW Goodness its hard for me to give Chick-Fil-A a bad review. So let me be clear, I LOVE chick-fil-a, but this one is pretty low on the bar for me. The first item is the parking lot....
1.For a corporation that does food right, why would you design a parking lot this horrible? There is no was in or out during high hours. The drive through is away backed up blocking cars in. They have NO car-side pickup slots. They don't even have enough parking.
Service with a smile is there, but great service is not. I have several times stood at the counter trying to get a refill while employees kindly walked past me. I should not have to wait 5min to get a refill...
Maybe I am spoiled, but it just seems like the employees are not up to the high standard set by other Chick-Fil-A's in the area. I have seen them on their phones, making jokes with each other, and ignoring customers. Something I had never seen at Chick-Fil-A until this one.
Again, I love Chick-Fil-A, and hate do be a downer, but when this one was built I was so excited, and then so let down. I will admit because of this I typically go to Smyrna, or even Brentwood to get my...
Read moreAM I BEING PUNKED? I have never had such horrible service at a Chick-fil-A restaurant! My family placed 3 mobile breakfast orders on the apps. We mobile order at this 5805 Nolensville Pike (in Nashville, TN) location at least 3-5 times a week. I arrived at the drive thru at 10:27. There was a long line but when I reached the ordering menu (at 10:41) I was told that my order could not be fulfilled because it was no longer breakfast. I was told to wait in the line and my order would be cancelled at the window. NOW this is when things went haywire! I pulled up to the window and was again told that breakfast had ended and that my orders were going to be canceled (3 mobile orders.) I explained that I had been in line prior to 10:30 (before breakfast was over per the instructions on the app.) at which time a drive thru employee who had nothing to do with this situation looked at me and said with a smug attitude “Oh well, sorry!” I ignored her and turned back to the manager who I thought was canceling my order when another drive through employee who was involved in this whole matter said, “ That will be $13.47!” 🤷🏼♀️I restated that I had the breakfast orders that were supposed to be canceled and asked her what was I paying for? Then the first drive thru employee ( again who had nothing to do with the situation) came over popping her gum trying to engage me. ( this is more like Burger King employee behavior) I asked for that employee’s name but the manager stepped in front of her to obstruct my view of her name tag! Apparently, the manager had created a lunch order for me to replace my breakfast order and now wanted me to pay for it! I explained to her one last time that I ordered breakfast and all I wanted her to do was CANCEL my mobile orders so I could go back home and get back in my bed because I didn’t feel well! Read moreMy daughter was just discharged from the hospital and asked only for Chick-fil-A. So I drove to the closest one since breakfast was ending soon. I attempted to order some chicken minis on the app with fries. We typically put in the comment section fries instead of hashbrowns since it's not an option on the app. (normally go to the location in Murfreesboro). I questioned the gentleman at the drive-thru to make sure the order was correct. He stated they were unable to do the chicken minis and fries. I asked if I waited the 20 minutes could they hold the chicken minis that I ordered on the app and then just wait for the fries to come up. He told me I needed to choose either or. I explain this is never been an issue prior and just needed them for my daughter. He then put his manager on the speaker who also told me the same. And further said “We're owned independently, so we do what we want.” This is not my first terrible experience in the nolensville location. But I tried to give them a benefit of the doubt. For a company that prides itself on customer service... They are the absolute worst on EVERY encounter. Needless to say, I called the Sam Ridley location and explained what happened. They said to please come their location and they would make it happen for her -even if we were a little after breakfast time. And THEY DID without hesitation! Something so simple. NOLENSVILLE PIKE will never have my business again. They are a disgrace the the brand. Kuddos to Sam Ridley for making my daughters...
