Burger King — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

In drive thru over 45 minutes to be told to come inside because they where too busy. I advised I only wanted a frappe. Came inside waited 30 minutes to be told the frappe machine was down. However my husband just came thru and got one earlier. The drive thru workers headset was on allowing me to overhear how customers where "getting on his nerves" and "he wasnt listening to the drive thru anymore and they should put a out of order sign up so they could catch up the dining room. I wasted almost 2 hours of my day for a frappe I didnt get. Was sublimanly cursed out because he didnt realize the mic was on. This has happened multiple times. Now I drive 5 miles to another Burger King because this one is awful. The guy at the counter stated "you cant get mad". How would he feel waiting in the hot drive thru over an hour...

This is the 2nd time I have had a bad experience. First time my "freshly grilled" chicken was old, cold, and so tough I couldn't even eat it. They replaced the meal and apologized, so this morning I decided to try them again. I ordered a chicken biscuit meal, WAS THE ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU, and I took off to go to work, sadly giving them the benefit of the doubt and trusting they knew what chicken on a biscuit looked like. I get to work, it's Sausage crossianwich. Wrong bread, wrong meat, and when I called management asking them to fix it, the manager was not remotely apologetic. Gave a half hearted sorry but are you SURE you ordered chicken? Like... duh I know what I eat and order....

Won't be back. And now I'm working all day with no breakfast. This...

I haven't been to this location in a long time. However today 4/23/24 @2pm I just had the best experience. I got a double whopper with cheese just the sandwich no combo. Everyone was so nice and sweet. The older lader at the register was super nice. The super young lady at the window was such a breathe of fresh air. She said your awesome or something like that lmao I was just so shocked 😲 at the great service. Then I opened my whopper it looked just like the pictures lol. I just think they deserve their props because this was top tier customer service from a fast food restraunt. Not going to lie my day was just a regular day not bad or good.
