Probably one of the worst pizza huts I've ever encountered. Food and service. Placed a order at 5:38pm (one pizza with sausage nothing difficult) At 6:10 recieve a message stating it's out for delivery (1.3 miles from the hotel I'm staying) at 6:32 I receive a call from the driver stating that they are running behind. He's actually the only person I dealt with that waa professional and polite. Anyhow I receive my order at 6:54. For a medium one topping pizza and breadsticks. That's fine I was just hungry at that point. Well then I got to sit down to eat and my food wasn't even Luke warm. After waiting well over an hour this is what I receive. I'm in town for business hints the hotel so I call pizza hut explain the issue and I'm offered a partial refund for a future order (ONLY AT THIS LOCATION) or they can remake the order and send it back out but they have to pick the old pizza up. Yep no issue it's all still there so are the garlic knots. Then I'm told it's going to be another hour because there are 4 orders ahead of mine because they ordered first. Hello I ordered a pizza 2 hours ago. After asking for a manager I was at the point I just want my money back you can pick up the old one and do whatever you want but I'm out 23 bucks and am still hungry. The manager Tracy was less than professional laughing stating since it was a credit card payment who knows when I'd get it back. When asked for any kind of authorization on a refund she "wasnt sure what I meant" I wasnt provided a copy of my cc reciept when I received my cold pizza. So again I ask how I'm guaranteed a refund and again "doesn't understand what I'm talking about". I totally understand in this business its stressful at times but this is the last person that needs to be representing your brand. Finally, she gave me the gms name after telling me that store didnt have one. Again I get when its busy its crazy and stressful and maybe they are even short handed that's the exact reason I wasnt upset with how long my wait was but to follow up with this.. you guys should be...
Read moreI made my order at 3:12 pm for it to be delivered at 6:30 pm. At 6:17 pm I received a text telling me it was out for delivery. At 6:50 pm I called the store and told them my order had not been delivered yet. The manager told me that she didn't know what happened, but the driver was on his way and that I was supposed to be his first order. At 7:10 pm I called the store back, but they would not answer so the call was transferred to the call center. I told them what happened and that my order was done cooking over an hour before, and I wanted the store to make it again. She said she would cancel the original order and resubmit it. 10 minutes later the driver showed up with the original order and I told him to take the order back because it was being made fresh. 7:35 pm another driver showed up and I accepted the order. When I opened the boxes, I discovered they gave me the wrong order. I call back AGAIN and told the manager. She said that the call center had submitted the wrong order and that she would personally make the missing items. I finally got my complete order at 8:24 pm. Now I don't know about you, but I feel that giving them 3 hours' notice to deliver my order by 6:30 pm was enough and it should have been here on time. I got my order 2 HOURS LATE. Read moreNot happy with my delivery tonight. I ordered through the app for contactless delivery and chose my method of payment was going to be with cash (left out on my porch). The driver called me while sitting in her car in the driveway saying I didn't make a payment by card and that she couldn't deliver my pizza because my delivery instructions said "leave on the doormat and ring the doorbell twice." WHAT?!?! After going back and forth over the phone trying to explain to her I had cash on my porch and that the instructions were to leave the pizza on my porch...for a contactless delivery...she was clueless, clearly didn't understand how to deliver a pizza and accept cash deliveries. She got out of her car and put the pizza on my porch. After she drove out of my driveway, I opened my front door to see my pizza box open and clearly the "sealed at the hut - opened by you" sticker was tampered with to open the box. With 90° humid Tennessee summer weather, there was obviously flies outside flying around the box. That's why the box should be sealed and it clearly wasn't. Disgusting. Waste of $15. Other people might be fine eating that, but I'm not. Trash. Called the restaurant immediately and was put on hold only to be disconnected/hung up on....
