MUST STOP!!! STOP HERE!!! We are driving through Nashville toward the coast and wanted something with free parking or a drive through, yummy coffee, good service, and decent food. Well Caliber Coffee Co was like "challenge accepted and double your expectations" The coffee is a 6/5 it is amazing! I got a butter beer frappe đŸ€€ super sweet and amazing! Definitely a dessert coffee, but I'm here for it. My friend got the Banana Foster latte and says it's definitely a 5/5! The prices aren't bad at all, you get a good amount of coffee for what you pay for! Now for the food- my friend got a scone she says is good. I got the loxsmith and it is now my new favorite breakfast food đŸ€€đŸ€€ I am going to be dreaming of this place. I savored every single bite! I wish it wasn't 6+ hours from home 😭 This would definitely be my go to spot. The atmosphere is adorable! Lots of seating inside! The staff is super nice even though they were slammed. There is a drive through but we decided to go inside, and there is a good amount of parking. If you want some good coffee with actually clever ingredients and amazing food, STOP HERE. There was a lot of thought put into the menu, and it's refreshing to see! Little sidenote, as someone with an Allergy to peanuts, seeing all the allergy warning on my food box put the biggest smile on my face. I am a massive foodie, but trying new places is dangerous for me, despite being worth it. I so very much appreciate you guys showing caution and concern. It means so much thank you!!!

When I saw my hotel had plastic wrapped frozen breakfast sandwiches, and searched breakfast near me, I IMMEDIATELY hopped in the car and sped 5 minutes due to pictures of Sweet Potatoes, Brie, Eggs, big scramble plate. Greeted by amazing staff, great atmosphere and easy parking. Then my world crashed. Mild disappointment to discover it was no longer on the menu. Butter beer latte seems to be super popular, so I order one while I regroup to decide how to proceed without the sweet potato scramble that brought me here. Butter beer latte was lukewarm. I will specify extra hot next time. I order a hot drip coffee to mix with the latte to warm it up. *No offer for real cups or mugs. Maybe this is due to changes from COVID and lingering effects of orangeman's trade war Nothing seemed comparable on the menu to the former glory of the pre-COVID Sweet Potato Scramble pics , so I pivot to the basic eggs and bacon with biscuit. Biscuit is amazing! Bacon is well cooked. Eggs are neither overcooked nor underseasoned. Folded nicely. I guess they don't serve on plates anymore? Feels wasteful to create so much trash for breakfast. When I am not taking anything To-Go. I will give this place another chance, the online pictures painted a little more advanced situation with the food than what is available currently. Interested to see how they continue to recover from the effects of COVID and Trade War shortages.

A solid 3.5/5 for this coffee shop. I loved the vibe inside, it was warm and cozy on a harsh winter day. Crowd was quiet, and I thought I could easily read a book in this environment. They do have a parking spot and a drive-through (which is amazing for a coffee shop that’s not Starbucks). I couldn’t find parking there, but I was able to park nearby, there were no “pick-up spots reserved for customers who are just parked for 15 mins”. I was driving back from the BNA airport and stumbled upon this coffee shop on my back to downtown. I really wanted to give 5stars but I thought they lacked original stellar recipes that would bring me back to this cafe only to get that item. I got crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e iced latte with oat milk and blueberry muffin. Both were good. But I’ve had a better crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e latte at Stomping Grounds Hendersonville (would drive all the way there just to get that Latte) and have had a better blueberry lemon muffin at Crema Coffee East Nashville. They also have avocado toast on the menu, I’d love to try that. I’d absolutely go back to this coffee shop next time I’m in that area, had no problem whatsoever in terms of food, service, atmosphere, parking, staff etc. it’s just far for me to be a frequent visitor.

I’ve been going to Caliber regularly for probably about a year and a half now, and I’m finally taking the time to write a VERY positive review. The coffee is always amazing! I have never had a better cold brew than what I get here. Espresso drinks and drip are always good as well! I’ve tried several things off the food menu and several pastry types, and have never been disappointed!

I’d like to make a specific shout out to their bagels, especially recently. I think they’ve changed their bagel recipe or something, but recently the bagels have been absolutely amazing. So soft on the inside, with a wonderful crust. Tastes so fresh, and is an absolute treat. I usually go for the Jake Bob for the added bacon!

The staff there is so sweet and amazing, and really makes me feel at home. I think their genuine kindness is one of the things that has gotten me through 2020. (love you guys!! đŸ„ș)

I would recommend this place so highly to anyone visiting or anyone local! They’re a great shop that has amazing food and coffee, supports local artists, and have a great impact on the Donelson community. Only negative I can think of is I can’t enjoy st*rbucks coffee anymore. Caliber has raised my coffee standards :-)

And one last thing! Their ordering process is really great, especially with covid precautions. Drive thru is always easy and fast, and you can always order at the counter inside, but they have a great mobile ordering process! They use ToastTab, so you can order, pay, and tip in the app, and everything is at the table inside to the right when it’s ready. I usually place my order when i leave my house, and by the time I get there, I just pop in real quick and pick it up. I can’t...

If you like licking 9 volt batteries, TRY THE COLD BREW!

I never had a cold brew I didn't like, until today.

Lots of people sitting around on laptops in a tiny space with not many tables, so if you want to eat you might have to stand. Fortunately someone left after we ordered so we were able to get a table.

The food was good, I got the Dadbod the bacon appeared to be microwave or reheated bacon (1 piece) the egg (1 egg) was scrambled, couldn't tell if they came from actual eggs or a box we'll assume they were actual eggs. and 1 biscuit with gravy. This was $9.

The gravy had a flavor i'd never had before and I really enjoyed it. The biscuit was soft, fluffy and warm. I honestly feel like the whole plate was reheated in a toaster oven, but I could be wrong. There is a difference in the taste fresh made on a grill food tastes and reheated food. This one leans more towards reheated.

2 stars because the cold brew at a coffee shop was an abomination, also $9 for 1 biscuit, 1 egg, 1 piece of bacon, and some gravy, which at least part of was reheated, if not all of it. Only reason it got 2 instead of 1 was the food did have a good taste.

My advice is: If you are looking for a place to get a coffee that has the possibility of being good as long as you avoid the cold brew, and/or you need to steal some wifi , waste time, and sit on your macbook. This is as good a place as any, if you're looking for some gourmet coffee and some good freshly made food....
