Popeyes Chicken — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

When I first came to the restaurant it was very new and the employees were more kind and organized. After the last few visits from August to September however my opinion has changed. The employees are very rude at the drive thru as well as at the cash registers. They have customers waiting long periods of time without communicating that they will be assisting momentarily or even asking if customers have ordered or been served. These new employees will look at people in their faces and have a nonchalant attitude. The food is not of quality either. I ordered some tender strips and they tasted like they were old and they were a dark brown. I went another time & they didn’t have my order correct. Also there are times when the employees close the lobby area before 7pm forcing customers to wait in long lines at drive thru. This location was my go to because other locations are terrible. Twice in one week we went to this Popeyes. Both times we were given the WRONG chicken! Ordered spicy(it's Popeyes, who in their right mind wants classic?), and was given classic BOTH times. First time I didn't call the store, 2nd time I did and was told if I wanted to bring chicken back, I could and it would be replaced....after I'd already told her(the manager), we didn't realize their mistake until after we'd already sat down to eat our meal. Two times in one week is not acceptable! Food is way to expensive for you to consistently mess up orders. I also completed the survey the 1st go round, and still have yet to hear back from Popeyes. The first time I went the manager was sent home from being intoxicated. Way too much drama! Plus the wait time was so long. The second time I went, I ordered 10 legs. They said it would be a 12 minute wait, I said ok, I understood(that’s a lot of legs). After 15 minutes the cook said chicken is up! The front worker began to put my chicken in the box and then stopped and said to me, we only have 5 legs. I said I ordered 10. After she conversed with the cook.
