Pupuseria Lucy’s Restaurant Salvadoreño — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

A fajita, burrito, and guacamole ran for $58 after taxes here. They do not display prices on any of their menus and when asked don't have an answer. This seems to have been an ongoing practice following back through reviews. It also appears some good reviews are from people connected to the establishment. I went in after work to ask for a price explanation and was told "it is what it is". Also they are advertised on here as $10-20 which is far from the truth. Hard to defend when they don't post prices, but easy to prove from receipts and the multitude of complaints. Here is the TN Code § 47-26-913 (2021) that I believe they are violating and have been for a long time. Large party. One out of 15 got good poisoning due to the seafood being raw and undercooked. Food seemed to have been frozen and not fresh, also taste old from a day or two before. Food and service did not meet expectations. Food took a over an hour to arrive when the restaurant was nearly empty. One of my guest received her food 1 and 20 mins after. No free refills on drinks although my bill was over 500. Also when server saw kids, never asked if they wanted spicy salsa on food, brought it out with spicy sauce and when asked for another plate, He said I would be charged for two. My family and I were so very disappointed in the quality of food and quality of service. The food was absolutely terrible we got the seafood mocajete and when I tell you it was all raw I mean it was awful. And then when we to tell our server she was just mad and acted like she didn’t understand and told me I had to pay for it. So if you’re looking for some good food in Nashville it’s not gonna be here.
