I am a truck driver and instead of eating at the Subway at Love's, I walked down to the Krystals, I had a craving for 2 burgers and chili dogs. I noticed that what looked like a manager doing a shift change at the register with a young man so I walked to find a table; the Krystals was empty and very clean and smelled very pleasant, it was pleasantly prefect and as a I was looking for a place to sit have a meal and do some computer work on my laptop, a Lady who name starts with "C" (large lady doing the shift change I took for management) asked me if I was ordering. Well, I told her I was thinking about it smiling and that's when she coldly informed me, I could only be in the establishment for 5 minutes. It was at this moment that I realized that I was not welcomed and needed to take my business elsewhere, which I did; I took it back down to the Subway where it had people sitting and talking and eating and the staff had a small laugh saying they knew I would be back, they even told me I could stay “all day” and each table had a plug for my laptop. You see, before walking to Krystals I had asked permission to sit and do some computer work and was told yes but I didn’t feel comfortable not ordering so when I started out the door I was asked why I was leaving and I said I have a craving for Krystals chili dogs and it was at this moment the lady looked at me and said “its ok, I understand, we will be seeing you again soon”. It is understandable that business don’t need or have a desire in letting people into their place of business to just be there but as soon as the person enters the door that says a lot and I do mean a lot. It amazes me why Managers don't understand why their business is not more profitable. So, I’m sitting here typing this all up at the Subway, I had first turned down for Krystals only to find myself eating at a Subway establishment that...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would the cashier Tamika ( if that was really her name because everyone acted as if they didn’t know her name including the manager) was very rude talking very smart calling me “Baby , sweetie , Love “ in a very disrespectful way over talked me the entire time to the point were I could not even place my own order very combative and confrontational as if she wanted to fight then when I pulled up to the window she was laughing very loud and still being very rude the manager did come to the window at the point but you can tell they all play around together cause she really didn’t seem concerned or even apologized and still proceeded to charge me $0.55 for a bar b q dipping sauce after the horrible service that was received and spending $25 if it wasn’t for me having children in the car that was starving due to us driving for 4 hours already from Georgia I would have never gotten anything I will never be eating at Kystal again if you are starving please pass this place up it was...
Read moreTonight was honestly the worst service I have ever had. We were trying to pick up a doordash order, but the dining room was closed early. The staff wouldn't give a reason to why the dining area was closed. They then told us to go through the drive thru to pick up the order. After we got to the drive thru window, one of the male workers told us that their doordash machine was down, so they didnt have the order made. Keep in mind we had already told them that we were picking up a doordash order. The "manager" caught an attitude with us for no reason. Doordash told us to place the or since Krystals machine was down. The "manager" would not allow us to place the order and begin to yell at us to get out of the line. We had already waited over 10 minutes just to get to the drive thru window. One of the workers was going to place the order but she stopped him. I will never ever return to this location, and will let everyone that I know to not occupy this Krystals. The doordash customer did not get their food, and...
