Let me start by saying give this place a fair shot. The burger was good. The only reason for it being one star is my wife is from Argentina. We were trying to find a Argentinian restaurant. We really wanted lomitos which is a argie style sandwich. So we drove from Clarksville to have the wind taken out of us and our souls crushed in the blink of an eye when we discovered it was a Mexican restaurant. They had lomitos posted on their menu and when we asked it didn't even exist 🥲. My poor pregnant at the time wife was in shambles. Fortunately the location was pretty nice the Latino market had some cuban and Columbian sodas we liked and the plaza had live entertainment which was pretty great. Tres Gauchos is just one of the food options in the Mariachi's theater and food court. While the fire grilled meats are the feature, there are some disadvantages. Now I know where to get an affordable t-bone steak in Nashville. Order the beef de costilla, rare or medium-rare, add the sweet plantains or the grilled avocado. Squeeze a little of the lime on the grilled avocado, not too much. Everything was well seasoned, just delicious. Your rating of the atmosphere depends how much you like the food court at Plaza Mariachi; I love it and could have given it five stars.
