I put in an order on the app for my family in the parking lot of Wendy’s and got in the drive thru line. The drive thru line was kind of long, but I didn’t care. When I got to the speaker, I told them I was picking up a mobile order. They told me to come inside to pick it up because it was ready & their drive thru was moving slow. So, I went inside where I was told it was not in fact ready. I didn’t complain and told them I would wait. After about 10 minutes, they called me to the counter to tell me that someone had picked up my order. I assured them that was impossible, as I had been at the restaurant from the time the order was placed. I was then refunded through the app & had to place the order again. (At this point, I should have left, but I didn’t want to go somewhere else and have to call to get 3 other people’s new orders.) They said it would be about 15 minutes. I didn’t care at that point. I am called to the counter again & they tried to hand me an order for someone named Jordan, according to the receipt on the bag. I tell them that isn’t me and I step away. I’m then called back up to the front & told they don’t have any record of my order. So, I verify that I’m at the right location (I am) and show them the order on my phone. The gentleman behind the counter goes to get his manager to solve the problem. (I want to note, the gentleman behind the counter was nothing but kind & professional the whole time. He was just as confused as I was but very kind.) The manager comes around the corner, yelling at me, telling me that they have no record of my order and that they don’t give refunds and going on and on. I’m standing there, completely stunned because I’ve not raised my voice once to anyone in the store, I’ve waited patiently, and have had a good report with the other worker behind the counter. I tell the manager that I don’t know what to do because I don’t have my food but he is also not refunding me. He continues to berate me, leading me to start having tears roll down my face because I’m so confused and can’t help but cry when I’m getting yelled at (embarrassing!). (His yelling was to the point 2 customers come to check on me & HIS employees come and apologize to ME for HIS behavior.) While yelling at me, he finds the receipt for my order that they never fulfilled, never apologizing, and begins to complain that it’s a long order. I eventually get my family’s food, which was just 3 Biggie bags & 2 burgers (not the smallest order but not as big as he loudly complains & yells about), an hour after placing my order, just to get it home & it be all kinds of wrong.
So, unless you want to be publicly humiliated, berated, wait an hour for your food, and still get your order messed up, avoid at all costs! I have NEVER been treated the way I was treated by this man. Especially when I was patient & remained calm and kind the entire time I was at...
Read more2025 & had forgotten about this previous review but some things TRULY never change lol This place has reminded me very well once again why not to ever come here. The guy working the window at night will get an attitude when he made the mistake. My teenager is more mature. Didn't even give a receipt but the window was closed in a huff so I'll just keep an eye on my account. Every single poor review on this location is absolutely accurate.
Seemed to have gotten better (customer service wise) for a while but has fallen off again. Not sure if the employees are new, though that doesn't excuse being rude to customers. My husband ordered several items including a side salad, it was left off & when he went back to get it, a young man very abruptly told him "well you won't be getting a salad if you don't ain't got a receipt". He'd misplaced it after driving off & advised the young man who'd rang him up, and requested the manager. She insisted the same saying "well how do we know that??" when an apparent actual manager finally intervened & he was handed a salad, without dressing or a bag or even a "sorry for the inconvenience". Does the establishment seriously have THAT many people attempting to get a less than $2 salad for free that you have to put people through such ridiculousness after YOUR mistakes? Or is it simply the petty juvenile staff that you hire? Either way, we'll just go the extra distance to the one by the interstate from now on and avoid the stupidity altogether. The wait times at this one are...
Read moreCame to this Wendy’s around 10 pm spontaneously with a girlfriend. The line was extremely backed up, as expected when it comes to this common location. Upon arrival to the cashier window I reviewed my food when received to confirm the accuracy of my order. I immediately noticed no honey mustard for the Asiago sandwich on the side as requested; due to the fact I am highly allergic to an ingredient in the pre packaged sauces. I asked Jalin, who was my cashier and very unpleasant I might add, for the sauce requested during order placement. His response was cold and dismissive and stated “he does not do that, that is not what he does”. I responded by asking if he could have the appropriate person do such and please provide me with my sauces. In addition to my horrible experience I was provided a under cooked Asiago chicken sandwich that has left me bed ridden w/ food poison for the past 24 hours. I can not recommend this location because of the horrible experience I faced that night, and hope they hire better ...
