Krystal — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I love krystals, i live an hour from any food chain so when I'm able to find a krystals I pray that I have a good experience. I hardly write a review, but I had to. The manager, Charles yokely held the door open for me. It was pouring down rain on him, and I said sir please don't get rained on. He insisted on waiting by the door to open it for me. I got inside, the WHOLE TEAM were so nice. You could tell they enjoyed their job. Like I said before I live far away from anything , so when I come into town if I can find a Krystal's I do! I was so happy, I was telling them about that they made my experience so good because you could just tell that they were excited that I was such a Krystals fanatic. And the food was as good as the way they treated me. A lot of fast food places , you get your food and you leave , they don't really talk to you. I told him about my son going to school, I mean it was such a good experience, I needed to write a review because they deserve it. Nothing is as disappointing to live so far from everything, and driving to the place you love to eat and they don't value you as a customer. A lady even came over from the back because she over heard me saying how far I drove, and loved krystals. They we're just thankful to have customer like me. I know this is a long long post, but I just didn't want to leave anything out, because they didn't leave anything out for me. I'm not talking about the food I'm talking about everything.. I cannot stress enough how wonderful this place is. Me and my family are going to start coming here at least once a week. When you get treated good it's worth an hour almost an hour and a half Drive.

So thank you everybody Charles, Tanya, an tara. When you have a favorite fast food place I feel like I have finally found my spot the one I love. And these three people were the ones that helped me take my order and listen to me sorry I know this is very long but I wanted once again anyone to read this know that this is the place to come too if you want good service and good food and people that actually care about taking your order wow. Thank you guys if y'all see this and I have always loved krystals, but you have gained a lifelong customer as long as you're at this location this is the one I'll be coming to. Thank you so much...

My grandson and I had not had Krystal's since the location in Donelson shut down. Every time we drove past the empty Krystal building, we would say, I sure miss Krystal's. So, a couple days ago, I decided to Google the closest Krystal from my home, in a state of shock, I literally found a Krystal's within 15 minutes from me. Yesterday, June 11th I was having a really stressful day, not knowing what the future held. I have custody of my grandson, which is now 16, a great, respectable young man. I automatically stopped worrying about my problems. I told my grandson, let's go. He said, where are we going? I said, we're going to the Krystal. He was excited and so was I. We went inside and the smell of Krystal burgers was amazing 🤤 We placed our order with the nicest lady working the counter. We got our food and went back to the car. There was no way my car was moving, until we savored the flavor of a couple of Krystals with cheese, with extra mustard, a few fries and drink. We were totally satisfied 😃 we took the rest of our order home, so, we could indulge later. It doesn't take much to make my grandson and myself happy, however, yesterday was a blessing 🙏 Now we know, we can have Krystals whenever we want. Losing our Krystal's in Donelson was devastating. If I could give tonight’s service a zero I definitely would. I pulled up in the drive-thru and the young lady who took my order was extremely nonchalant on the speaker and rushing me. I placed my order and pulled up to pay and that is when she told me the machine was down that processes icee’s and asked me did I want anything else and if so what? I let her know and she barely put her hand out of the window to receive my payment. She handed me my change without a receipt and closed the window. The way she handed me my bag was odd considering I ordered three cheese Krystal’s off the grill and French Fries. When I looked in the bag it was a styrofoam carton of what I presume to be chili cheese dogs and some cold stale fries. I knocked on the window and told her that is not what I ordered. She asked me to pull up and I did and waited for about 5 minutes for my order to come out. The young man who brought my food out was on his phone with his headset plugged in. He didn’t look at me, acknowledge any inconvenience, or repeat my order back to me. I looked in the bag and saw the correct food and pulled off. To my dismay...I got home and the fries were cold and brown presumably from old grease. The Krystal’s were not made how I ordered them, cheese not melted, and cold. Needless to say I won’t be back but, hopefully this review will go toward some improvements being made to customer...
