KFC — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

This was the most ridiculous experience i've ever had at a Kfc In my life. I have been eating kfc for 35+ years. First I was told there was no fries. I would have to wait three minutes, Next i get to the drive through window. The person working ask me what my side was then what my drink was? Do they not have that information in Front of them? Next, I was told to drive around to the front and wait for my food. There was only two cars in the drive through I was one of them. After about ten minutes I start to lock up my truck so I can go get my money back. I see an employee staring out the door like they're lost. They finally come out and went to the car that was behind me first then started walking toward me I started asking questions about my food They not only ignored me but didn't even acknowledge that I was saying anything, they rudely handed me the food I proceeded to ask again, Still nothing and walked away. Got home one and a 1/2 minutes from store. My fries were not hot. My sandwich was not edible It had the most ridiculous nastiest taste i've ever tasted it in a Chicken place. I paid almost ten dollars for a chicken Sandwhich combo That I couldn't even eat Don't bother trying to call they won't answer. Poor customer service, Terrible food And a waste of time. 25 minutes and 10 dollars wasted . I would have been happier eating the mcchicken at mcdonalds and saved money and my time And by the way, I just read reviews. This same stuff has been happening for like 5 or more years, so obviously corporate or the owner doesn't care about any of reviews or the fact that they're running off customers each...

I went to this location yesterday and attempted to place an order in the drive-thru. A female come over the intercom and simply said "KFC," so I proceeded to tell her what I wanted and she then stated "we can't, because we don't have no chicken." Those were her exact words. I then asked "you have no chicken? like zero none at all?" I said "this is KFC, right?" I was then going to ask if they had any nuggets/tenders available, however before I could do so a different female voice came over the intercom SCREAMING at the top of her lungs. I honestly couldn't make out much of what she was yelling, but I did hear her say that the first girl should have told me that they were just out of original recipe chicken. I can remember at that point asking what the heck was going on? I felt like I was in some nonsensical alternate universe. I pulled around to the actual drive-thru window and there stood a young female who talked to me with a very condescending demeaning tone and stood there smiling at me the entire time. I also asked if I could speak with a manager, and the young female told me that the girl who was screaming was the manager. I don't understand why I was yelled at, and I certainly don't understand why I felt like I shouldn't have been there in the first place simply trying to order some food. I will never return to that location and most likely will just take my business to Popeye's or Bojangles. This location deserves 0 stars but it's not an option lol It's funny to see the Google listing for this place say "closing soon" as I begin this when we were there a while ago WELL BEFORE TEN P.M. & were told "we're closed for the night". We went through the drive through tonight (why, I don't know...but NEVER again) twice. The 1st time we left because they said that "all they had left" were pot pies, chicken tenders & sides. We decided to go ahead & head back for the pot pies. When we got back it was 9:40 & they then said they were "closed for the night". When my husband alerted them to your stated closing hours the response was a stammering "uh well, we do but we had a power outage yeah & can't take cards OR cash". Considering the fact that the power outage info wasn't given on our first trip AND the employees were laughing as we went by the window, it became obvious that this establishment just does it's own thing regardless of posted hours. This isn't even the first time we've experienced this here (and lights are out regularly before 10 when I pass this place LOL) & it's pretty obvious that whoever owns this dump doesn't give a damn about their business investment. The positive reviews here are so hilariously fake it's pathetic. This place is garbage because of garbage employees and apparently a sloppy owner. Throw the whole business away & put a Chik Fil' A in its place....
