I was very disappointed with my experience at this establishment today. This was my first time here and I was unfamiliar with the menu offerings. The young lady had a very unpleasant demeanor. She acted irritated by my questions. I only continued with my purchase because I was on my way to work and didn't have time for another stop. I was not happy with the order I got. It just wasn't good. And a waste of my 10 minutes and my 10 dollars. Using the word Shakes implies its a dairy beverage smoothies and be either dairy or non and she was irritated by my attempt to clarify. For the protein drink to taste like dairy was even more disappointing. She wasn't warm or welcoming or even thankful for the business. Just a bit of advice to the business... work on your customer service and communication skills. I was unfamiliar with the menu and products sold here and the young lady waiting on me was no where near nice. I don't mind trying new things and would have done so if I wasn't spoken to so rudely.

Body language, facial expressions, and verbal language are all forms of communication and none of these were welcoming/inviting during my visit today from the time I opened the door to the time I left. After my walk in the park today I wanted to treat myself my daughter lives in the condos on the hill behind the plaza and had shared with me about some of the nutritional values of the drinks sold here . They say presentation is everything the greeting that I received once I was at the door that someone had open and welcome me was very inviting . It was mood setting as I looked around the room left right up down very neat very clean there was only one person ahead of me so I could listen to how polite she was .
