Hardee's — Restaurant in Nashville

I live in Nashville. I send my husband at least once a week for a big hot ham & cheese and 2 apple pies. These are the only things on menu close to the old menu. The problem is there is no consistency. I either get one made like a small hh&c, or hardly any cheese, or mostly cheese with hardly any ham. Apple pies are either hard and old, or you have to wait for them to be cooked while sandwich & fries sit in bag and get cold or the apple pies burn your mouth. Fries are cold almost every time. Maybe 1 out of every 4-5 orders, y'all get it right. Only 1 decent manager. Most staff unfriendly, and I'm speaking of the times I've gone with my husband, and/ or what he tells me about it when I don't go with him. Your food is the best btwn hardee's, McDonalds and bk. I'm 59 yrs old. These complaints I have can make a difference or not. I hope they do. On average we spend $100 plus there a month. Shrinkflation and Inflation is enough to drag us down. When we spend gas, wear/ tear on car, and $ to eat there consistently, can you please be consistent to me as a loyal customer. Or maybe I can stop coming period!!!

The hamburgers was cool the sweet tea was not sweet at all the manager said that it was sweet but it taste like water down mud the soda machine was half working the dr. Pepper taste like seltzer the manager made the Tea. I asked the employees who made the Tea because it is no good they said the manager makes the tea they told him he was not making it right but he did not listen to them so I went up and told him about it he had gotten a attitude about it so if you go to Hardee's and Louisburg North Carolina do not drink the tea or the dr. Pepper soda and make sure your french fries and hamburgers are hot. Ordered a shake tonight about 6:30 at Hardee's in Nashville NC. It was warm tasted like diluted chocolate milk. There was no ice cream and a little.splash of whipped cream. This is the 2nd time this has happened and frankly I was afraid to take a 2nd sip as I did not know how long that shake had been left out. Went thru drive thru. After this I will get shakes from SONIC. ALSO Hwy 55 has good shakes. Hopefully Hardee's will train staff better and...
