Subway — Restaurant in Natchitoches

Since the new owners have taken over-- this place has gone down hill terribly. They do not keep the fresh veggies in stock as well as condiments. The store looks unclean just enough to not look completely filthy but still a film of dusty all about the interior, exterior as well as the workers who are the actual owners whom themselves don't appear clean. They actually ask "Will you be giving a tip?" each time I have been there. They dont fix the food to the degree of what Subway has been providing for years in the past but sandwiches are sparse on meat, veggies as well as condiments. They are not friendly and I hope they sell their establishment to people who know how to run a true Subway or business. The whole energy about the place is sad, low vibrational and DISGUESTING. I generally give places more than one chance. I have given this Subway too many. I'll never go back. The manager is rude.. acting as if it's my fault jalapeno was added to my sandwich two times in a row.. even after I specifically asked at the drive thru only for black olives and banana peppers. Because jalapeno was in my sandwich last time.. I made sure to clarify at the drive thru this time.. NO JALAPENO... just black olives.. and banana peppers. As my food was handed to me I again made sure with the cashier ..that it had no jalapeno. Of course when I get home.. its ruined with jalapeno. Half the time I'm told they are out of meatballs... and now when they do have meatballs.. I cant have it my way. The poorest excuse of management...

This happened on January 25, 2018 at 7:00 pm. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, when I finally got to order, the lady was really disrespectful about my accent. I order a Veggi Delite Sub with avocado on in. I went back because they didn't gave put avocado, the other guy working didn't even bother to solve the problem. The guy basically ignore me and kept serving the other customers. Both the lady and the guy, decide to IGNORE me after I explained them that my order was wrong! The worse service ever, I won't go there anymore, I prefer not to eat Subway in...
