Updated review, now from 3 stars to a definite 1 star rating!!!! The guy working here is the absolute worst manager I’ve ever met!!!!!! I yet again had a hot chocolate that literally tasted horrible, it tasted like hot water, and definitely not hot chocolate!!!! I waited at least 20 minutes to get help. I asked 2 employees multiple times to check the machine to see if it had any chocolate powder left in the machine. Instead, they just poured yet another hot chocolate into a new cup without checking to make sure the machine actually had chocolate in it. The manager, an absolute jerk, handed me the cup, and told me to taste it. Why would I taste something that is burning hot??? I’m not gonna burn my mouth just because he doesn’t feel like fixing my problem!!! I told him that it’s way too hot to taste it. He then went to grab yet another cup. That’s when I had had enough horrible service from him, and I walked out the door back to my truck to leave. As I left I yelled at him to say that this is getting another bad 1 star review, and that I’m gonna go dump this horrible drink out. I could hear him screaming at me to not leave another bad review, too late!!!! If he thinks I’m ever giving him even 1 star, he’s wrong, and this review should have zero stars!!! He then angrily followed me outside to my truck to not only say he fixed my order (which he absolutely did not do), but he was also yelling at me, pointing at the store to say he’s reporting me………. REALLY???!!!! Report me for WHAT?????? He thinks I was the one who broke his door, and he tried to get me to pay him for it. I literally did not break anything, and I absolutely am not giving him a single penny for anything!!!!!!!! This is beyond ridiculous, and he’s the rudest staff member I’ve ever met!!!!!!!! How about actually giving me a real hot chocolate instead of a cup of hot water!!!???? I absolutely should have been given a refund, but nnoooo, instead all I get is my money ripped off and that monster of a manager yelling at me!!!! You suck!!!!!!! Worst dunkin ever!!!!!!!

My order got messed up 3 days in a row, and today alone, my order was wrong 3 TIMES!!!!

Friday I went to the drive thru, and I’d placed a mobile order. I get to the window, and I got my hot chocolate, but they forgot my 2 donuts, so they asked me if there was more to my order. I got my 2 donuts, but, I should not have to tell them that. They should have been able to see my order I placed on their screen! Then, my hot chocolate tasted like water when I got to work.

Saturday morning, I placed another mobile order at the drive thru, and the same thing happened. I got my hot chocolate, but they didn’t get my 2 donuts again! I eventually got the donuts, but again, they should have known already by looking at the order I already placed!! I also told the nice lady that my hot chocolate was too watered down when I was there yesterday. She then went to get another employee, a guy, who was rude at first to me. I told him what happened yesterday to my hot chocolate and he replied “you do know our hot chocolate is made with water, right “? And I said ya, I know. I was trying to tell him that the actual machine probably needs more hot chocolate powder cuz it runs out sometimes. He eventually offered me a second hot chocolate for free, and it tasted much better than the other one.

Today was THE WORST!!! I did another mobile order at the drive thru. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with extra egg, and extra cheese. First time today I got my sandwich, it was missing the extra egg. Second time today after going back inside to tell them, they remade my sandwich, but it only had 1 slice of cheese, no extra cheese. Third time today, the nice lady personally remade my sandwich, and showed it to me, and it was perfect. 2 eggs, extra cheese. She also nicely apologized and gave me an extra bag of donuts.

Screw you guys!!!! Absolutely the worst Dunkin...

BEWARE!!! I visited this location yesterday and I am pretty sure they put something in my coffee intentionally. I have been having problems with this location with missing items and one worker being extremely unfriendly and when you tell that certain individual something is missing or ask for a straw they give you a stare down. It’s extremely weird because why do they work there if they don’t enjoy their job. It’s like they are angry that they have to serve you. I was there yesterday and had 3 coffees in my order. I was the unlucky one to get what I believe was an intentionally tainted coffee. I sipped it a few times and it tasted sour and disgusting. I had ordered the cookie dough flavor and never tried that flavor before, so initially I thought the flavor was extremely disgusting. I got home and was going to attempt to try and fix the taste so that I didn’t just waste $4. When I opened the lid of my coffee I noticed stuff floating around and initially assumed maybe the cream was curdled. The more I thought about it, it just doesn’t make sense why only one of 3 coffees would be curdled as they were dispensing the same cream. I have attached pictures of the coffee and another strange thing was the texture on the inside of the lid. I will not return to this location and will be escalating this with management as I am very concerned with what was in my coffee. I wish I saved it, but dumped it when I initially thought it was just curdled. I can’t get that employees cold eye stare down out of my head, which makes me believe it was intentionally. Anyways, I suggest avoiding this location, I personally will be going to the one down the street. I suggest to always look in your cup before drinking it because you just can’t trust what...

Dunkin's always gets my four star five star whatever it is - it's always good man!

it's definitely a New England thing! and don't get me wrong I like Starbucks there's a couple menu items that are to die for.

but consistently I can drink anything from Dunkin' donuts and love it give me a lot take give me a iced coffee give me a hot coffee just give me that Duncan's coffee I mean it must have crack and methamphetamine in it - hold it I take that back. retraction! of course do not mean to suggest that Dunkins would operate or have to operate like a cigarette company and pump in extra stuff to hook the customers.

no, no conspiracy theories here... coffee is addicting well the caffeine is - and Dunkin's just has a kind of perfected it really. I mean look at the lines or at least the flow of traffic. they got to have it!

and on a personal note: the Staff. the staff at this Dunkin Donuts location was extraordinarily friendly, professional, fast, and as expected made my Dunkin' Donuts coffee taste like my last Dunkin Donuts coffee that I got 60 miles away at a different place! I'm going to be honest that is the highest compliment one can give. and the owner should know that - your biggest overhead is your staff - and in this case you chose well. so rest easy and sleep well knowing your coffee is being made to franchise perfection - that's what gives you that license to print all that money. come on.. it's like four Cents maybe nine Cents total cost for a cup of coffee - but correct me if that's corporate and you pay extra franchise - still not a bad Shake be happy you got a great staff and a great little shop!
