Jack in the Box — Restaurant in National City

I think I must write a review with only one employee named Jamie for only one star on Jack and Box Highland 91950 BUT ThE sTore and The food They serve is 5 stars and more because other than that I do not have bad experience in this store. Always a friendly customer food associate helped us whenever we purchased good food in jack and box. I experienced twice with Jamie not smiling whenever she is taking purchase , i do not know if it's only her mood that day or she just doesnt love smiling. Smile can make a difference. Order my food online for delivery but my food was stolen and canceled incall the store a this lovely lady name Grace answered and omg she was my lifesaver! I called and ask to see if ny irder was stolen and to have it remade if can be abd if i need to come pick up my order and she was so sweet she said she would remake it and to call back in a few just in case it gets picked up again, so i waited a few called back to ask for a refund because it was late like 12am late and i had work at 4am and tbh didnt want to be a hassle but when i called again Grace answered and ask if i like to pick it up cause it was ready and so i did. When i when to pick it up got confused on the located but when i got there to pick up my food and she delivered it right to my car! I haven't eaten all day and get going up and beyond was a great thing to see! I work in customer service and i love seeing people like Grace going beyond for the customer. I grew up in National City frequently getting my tacos and cheeseburgers from this very location. (Getting rid of the basic hamburger/cheeseburger with Jack’s secret sauce was a huge mistake but I know this was not the worker’s fault.) However, they could have served me tacos that weren’t old, cold and broken last night when I drove thru at about 9:45PM. I’ve lived on the east coast for the past 10 years and we don’t have Jack in the Box there. So when I do travel out west I always make at least one stop at Jack’s, yes that’s right, I do love me some Jack’s tacos. (I did love their cheeseburgers too but I already addressed that.)
