I visited this location around 1230 12:40 PM While waiting in line I decided to place my order on the mobile app to help out that way when I get to my turn my order was already inputted all they had to do was make my sandwiches I tried to inform the staff that my order was placed online but I was physically here if they can start making it they told me to wait on the side and they will make my food I was waiting for a long time and noticed more than five people after me were out the door with a sandwich already made an order already paid as I sit there waiting for my order I proceeded by asking a staff member by the name of ESME about my order “I told you already your order is being made “ I answer by saying yes I understand but I was sitting in line and waiting for my food but they told me to move to the side other people went past me that got here after me with the food in their hands and I’m still waiting for mine. I step to the side and waited a little longer as I was waiting Erik approached me and asked me if I was helped and I told him yes and I tried to explain to him that I had a mobile order and he proceeded by saying they have a time limit on the mobile order that they haven’t finished it yet I tried to explain to him that I was already in line and that if they prioritize people in line then on mobile orders because I am I mobile order was skipped five times already all he stated was they have a time limit and I was still early let it go and waited for my food again the girl keep making faces making comments to the other gentleman about me asking about my order. The girl ESMERALDA Handed me my food and after all the attitude she gave me and Smart remarks she stated “we are three minutes early see” I was not gonna complain about her bad service up until she made that last comment which was very unprofessional and unnecessary looks like she has a big ego or pride that she needs to get rid of if she wants to work for Customer Service location especially when there’s military and other people who work around the area and provide income to the store please address this with the two employees that way another customer does not experience the same thing I did.thank you food...

I did a mobile order and it was supposed to be ready at 12:58, i got there 5 mins early and it was busy. I totally am understanding in that situation because I have worked food service both front and back of house as well as supervising for 6 years, but this was absolutely ridiculous. People that were in line after i got there got their food before me, everyone with mobile orders that walked in before AND after me got theirs before me. I was standing there waiting while everyone else got their food. At 1:09 I asked when my order would be ready since it had already been 10 mins past the ready time, they said they're just finishing it off but my sandwich was just sitting there for at least 5 mins just waiting to be cut and bagged as they worked on everyone else's sandwiches. Read moreOn my way home, I ordered a Big Kahuna Chicken Sandwich #55 and they reconfirmed if they got it correct. After returning home, I expect that I am Eating Chicken. After eating half way I realized it doent taste like Chicken and the meat is supposed to look white in color instead of dark as in the pics I attached. The dressings and cheeze obscure by amalgamating the flavor to realize what meat you are eating. And apparently its Pork that I have never ate in my life of 34 years because its prohibited for a Muslim to eat it. And no one picks up the call to see if theres a solution.
