If you're going to come here I advise going through the drive thru & not going inside, & also taste your food/drink before you leave.
We went inside to order due to drive thru line being long. 3 out of the 4 "self service" kiosks didn't work, & the one that did wasn't printing out receipts, so we had to wait at the register & get the attention of someone. I asked 1 lady for help & she just disregarded me. Finally i was able to get the attention of the 1 person on the register & he tried to print my receipt from there, & even those register machines weren't working. His was out of ink so you couldn't read the order on the receipt & the other machine just wasn't working. They had him (the 1 person manning the register) also at the back putting orders together so the front was usually empty with no one manning the register. (No one there to take your order, self service doesn't work, so how are you supposed to order? If youre going to have self service kiosks, make sure they actually work.)
The TV screen that shows order status behind the counter also wasn't working & had a blue screen error message. The screen with the menu was trashed & had black lines running through it. (How are you supposed to know the order is ready if the screen that shows it is broken, & how are you supposed to view the menu to order if that screen is messed up?)
It was also extremely hot in there, so the AC must be also broken (felt hotter inside than it did outside).
Seems like everything was broken in there.
My soda was all carbon fizz & no flavor, so the machine must've been out of syrup. The lettuce in the snack wrap I got was brown, & my fries were soggy & half full (Poor management of ingredients).
If you do come here, I'd advise doing the drive thru or just driving to a different McDonalds in the area.

I try to always give them the benefit of the doubt but there is no remodel no new staff etc that can make their service and food right UNTIL they have a professional MANAGER!!! Living in the area for 15+ years me and my family and friends will literally drive to the Two Story McDonald’s for BETTER SERVICE & BETTER FRESH FOOD!!!! Today sadly we had to leave this McDonalds on plaza blvd because their staff doesn’t know how to use the codes given and when asked for a manager he too says I’m sorry it’s been used. Ummm yes your employee entered it hints it being used yet now giving another code since she already entered in the previous. So minus all this, after telling the “Manager/Supervisor” well since it was your employees fault couldn’t you just promo a 20% off seeing that I did in fact provide the code but your employee entered it multiple times causing to create another one now and your the manager as a customer courtesy? Oh no sorry… Okay then I’ll go to the one I knew we should’ve went to… I go to Paradise Hills 2 Story McDonald’s mind you have younger staff and their manager/supervisor is ALWAYS on point… WOW behold, THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THE 20% without an issue and was happy to help knowing how bad service is on plaza blvd. How SAD!!! This isn’t even one of the many reasons I dislike Plaza Blvd. THEY ALWAYS FORGET SOMETHING, THEIR FOOD TASTES STALE, SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL IS NOT WHATSOEVER AND OVER COURSE IT WOULD BE… If the management isn’t holding staff accountable, duhhh they too could careless… done with giving them the benefit of the doubt… DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!!! 2STORY MCDONALDS IS TRULY THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Read moreI ordered on my app at 6am on my way to this store. Upon getting there at 610 the door was locked, multiple customers outside wanting in. My app told me my order was ready. I knocked on door. Manager yells to go thru drive thru. My vehicle doesn't fit thru drive thru. They refused to let me in so I had to be at on the glass door for well over 5 minutes so loud the glass I hoped the door would break. Finally some kid came over not knowing what to do . Finally the lady said to open it. Now my order is almost 20 minutes ready for pick up, according to the app. Of course it wasn't even READY!!!!!!!! LIED about it being ready. Had to wait over 5 more minutes. Needless to say I was late to work because some lady wanted to ruin a McDonald's. I have been calling 800-244-6227 since Oct 23 when this happened, almost weekly! Multiple case numbers and never received a call from the owner or manager, because they know they screwed up bad. Keeping the doors closed during business hours because they are lazy is wrong. The owner should be made aware of this but McDonald's has proven time and time again they could care less. I still need my refund and still need to talk with the owner. I finally got the stores phone number so I will call it every other day until I receive a call from the owner with an explanation saying he or she is ok with the doors remaining locked during business hours and customers waiting outside and a lady telling them to go thru...
