I’m very disappointed with the Waterfront Grill. Back in November 2023, I was planning on having my Bridal Shower there in June 2024. I met with the chef/manager, had some food there, and checked out the deck. We briefly discussed the contract and menu. We agreed that Katherine, the head chef, would write up a contract and email it to us to sign. We were completely GHOSTED after that. My MIL and SIL reached out multiple times to follow up, like once a week. The rare times they would respond, we were told the date was still available and the contract was still in WIP. We continued with our follows up for the contract & just heard back that THE DAY WE WERE LOOKING FOR WAS ALREADY BOOKED AND TAKEN.

It’s very disappointing because we were on top of everything. How is it that somebody else got a contract before us when we have been waiting for TWO MONTHS?!
