Vietnamese & Chinese Noodle House — Restaurant in National City

Ordered rare steak/well-done flank/tendon pho and rare steak/well-done flank pho and milk tea boba. Phos had way more noodles than the meat. Steak was cut into small pieces. The condiments were mixed with the mint, lime and sprouts in a plastic. Not looking so sanitary at all. No chopsticks provided. Uncovered disposable spoons were just tossed inside the plastic bag. Boba was too sweet even if instruction left is to use no sugar at all. Not sure if they can adjust sweetness at least make it clear in Doordash app/website that they don't have sweetness levels. Bobas were difficult to suck in because they're all sticking together. Not a good first order in this...

I love Pho. I base the majority of opinion on the strength of the flavor of their soup. The stronger the flavor the less they rushed it when cooking it earlier. The portion was exactly like I like, not too much but definitely not too little. Ingredients were all good except the mint leaves look like there were used. Leaves were ripped in half and looked like it was picked on. Not saying it was but it had that appearance and they should know better. I had mine to go and it was wrapped up so I didn’t look inside. They gave out packets of the hoisin sauce and a packet of fake sriracha 1 each…that equals a loss of a star or...

They weren't open on time. Nice place, but service sucks. They didn't fill my water not once, check to make sure we were ok. Not to forget the Har gow looked microwaved rather than steamed, all broken apart and the inside was hard. The pho broth did not taste very good at all. The restroom smelled awful 😖. Lastly, the owner was blowing her nose in front of everyone w/o even bothering to wash her hands let alone use hand sanitizer or something to clean herself. Then the cooks in the back are also sneezing out loud! So unsanitary!!! Never coming...
