I usually don't write reviews unless I feel very strong about the situation and in this case I feel the need to share. I called in and ordered my food and was told 15 minutes, fine no problem not horrible. I ask to make my bread sticks a little crispy due to the last two times I have order them the bread sticks are not even cooked all the way. The man on phone says no problem. I proceed to the store to pick my food up, when I get to the store and tell them im there, the man in the front proceeds to yell to another man in the back to get the crispy bread sticks ready and bagged, okay cool well as I'm watching the man in the back get my bread sticks ready he is on his phone proceeding to change it between hands, then handling my breadsticks while also wiping his hands on his pants and then again touching my food. At this point I'm just discusted and I go on to tell the man in the front that I will not take those breadsticks after I just watched what accured. He tells me he understands and proceeds to give me my pizza and a different order of breadsticks. At this point I'm just over it and leave with food I know I won't eat. Read moreHow is it possible that a chain store like this is being hustled? They are obviously giving away or selling on the side the same pizza that customers are ordering and when the customer comes to pick it up, they just do the pizza again. She gave me 2 extra crazy breads, Twix brownies, and a drink for the inconvenience of having to wait extra time to remake my order. Then it happened again. Someone else supposedly input the code to retrieve the pizza that I paid for online. After I complain, all while the "manager" is on her cell texting away" a man came back into the store to hand me the stffed crust, extra cheeses pizzas I had ordered. I could care less if they are robbing the company, but when they refuse to give me my refund for messed up stuff that has gotten out of hand or when they are trying to give me food that has left the store, that now is my problem. I really hope little Ceasars takes action against this people because on top off stealing from the company, they dont treat customers like they deserve to be treated. Honestly, I like little Ceasars in general so I hope the staff gets dealt with. Until then, I won't step in...
