I called in as usual on the weekend, to get ahead and don't have to wait so long, this time I was asked for my credit card number and I have never been asked before, Julio, I guess is his name, failed to asked if I had rewards, he was too quick to charge my card before I can even say, I have rewards, it was only less than 5 minutes between the call and my arrival; he over charged me, said he fixed the problem, , was I there 13 minutes and late for work, I looked at my account and not just 1 transaction but 2 pending, upon calling, Julio became argumentive with me and said I should have told him first about my rewards, when I wasn't given the chance nor did he ask, I asked about a manager on duty and never got a direct answer. I didn't buy my smoothie in Beaumont where I had to work because the last time I got a smoothie from the Phelan location, they messed up the order twice, so I get it on the way, an actually I go miles out of the way to that location, I'm at a smoothie king 2 or 3 times a week, and lately customer service and training abilities of employees have been inefficient, young people don't listen, and never should they become argumentative with the customer, and not to have a manager on duty is a problem, especially when your employees aren't...
Read moreI needed to find a place that would make somewhat of an immunity blend, to help support getting through an illness. There are several options for smoothies in Jefferson Mid-County, South East Texas.
After looking at several online options, and remembering orders from the past, I decided to give Smoothie King a try, here in Nederland, Texas.
It was pretty simple to just go through the drive thru. I did have something in mind, but asked advice, and was rewarded with two good options to do. So I ordered both options.
The staff was friendly and informative. It is really easy to navigate the parking lot to get to the business.

Read moreI’ve been trying to contact this location all day to place a bulk order for Teacher Appreciation Week. I called over 15 times throughout the day and never once got an answer. I even contacted the 1-800 number to confirm I had the correct phone number, which they verified—but unfortunately, because this is a privately owned location, they couldn’t help further.
Out of desperation, I called the Beaumont location, and they answered immediately and were extremely helpful. It's disappointing that I now have to drive all the way to Beaumont when the Nederland location is just five minutes from our school.
