Sidetracked Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Neenah

Pro: First the wings are pretty good. Sandwiches are amazing. Con: the customer service kinda sucks. So the blonde bartender yesterday wouldn't stop flirting with my bf. When trying to get my order she instead took my bfs order and gave me something totally different. Definitely rude and disrespectful. Smh. (BTW if you're reading this girlie this is the second time you've done this to me and im taking it as you're being jealous and gotta say he says YOU IN FACT ARE UGLY. Nice but he thinks you're ugly.) So ladies, if you have a guy. Don't go here with him while she's working. Girl has no class and will flirt with your bf RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU! Btw honey, i was the paying customer. Not him. Wrong person to bat your eyes at! But thanks for that lol I still get to go home with him at night ;) Two stars bc of the food and the nice bartender after her that came in and helped me out but that girl needs to be talked to about her customer service and how not to act or just plain don't flirt with customers bfs when their gfs are there with them. I went there right after they opened. It's an old run-down building by the railroad tracks that doesn't look like much. Service was VERY slow...my dad and I waited an HOUR for our lunch. The couple running the place were very polite and said they were looking to hire more help. I'm planning to go back and see if they have improved. I will say that the place seems to be getting busier and busier, so that is promising.

Now to the food: IT WAS GREAT! Hands-down, the best pub food I've had in the area. I had the pizza burger that was big and juicy! We also split some wings which were big compared to BWW or most pizza places. The sauce was excellent too, and they have a bunch to choose from.

I'm planning to go back for lunch and try it again. I'll just be prepared for a wait and maybe they can...

Went for Friday Fish Fry and got the combo $17. A large piece of haddock ( good), a butterfly of perch (very good,no bones), 3 jumbo shrimp (very good) . The tartar was kind of on the dill/more sour side. Not bad at all but I prefer the more sweet kind. The chef is a one man band and serves up better food than a kitchen full of staff. He had a break in orders and before he left his station he meticulously cleaned his kitchen. I'm talking Lean manufacturing organization and restaurant health inspector clean.
