As I sipped my chai and enjoyed a quiche, I had to remind myself—I wasn’t in Europe, nor out of state. I was right here, in the heart of Neenah’s charming downtown.

As a local real estate expert in the area I am everywhere!!! And never until now experienced this wonderful place. The curb appeal immediately catches your eye and makes you want to step inside. When the door opened the aroma of breakfast hit me right away and set the tone for what was coming.

I ordered the waffle and the breakfast burrito and both were outstanding. The waffle was golden and crisp with a soft inside that held the flavor perfectly. The breakfast burrito was generous and packed with a balance of eggs, cheese, and savory filling that made every bite satisfying. It is the kind of meal where you look forward to the next bite before you even finish the first.

The staff was friendly and on point which made the visit even more enjoyable. Service like that stands out and makes you want to return. If you like a little extra kick ask for the Yellow Bird Habanero or the Agave Sriracha hot sauces. They take the flavor up a notch and are worth trying.

What a gem Urban Market is in downtown Neenah! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive—making us feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for.

We enjoyed their gluten-free and dairy-free oat milk soft serve, complete with custom toppings that were as fun as they were delicious! The owners were present during our visit and took the time to introduce themselves and personally thank us for stopping in, which meant so much.

Our son has some special needs, and bringing him into new places can sometimes be tricky—especially when he senses people are uneasy or staring. But not here. He was welcomed with open arms, treated with kindness, and even offered a couple of complimentary treats that absolutely made his day.
