Downtown Neenah Plaza — Local services in Neenah

I have the utmost respect and pleasantries when I think about little Ol' Neenah..the place I'm from and am lucky to have spent most of my life! However, when I had finally had a chance to visit the ice rink, it was closed but I was delighted to find out that the inside was still open so at least I was able to indulge in the food there, which was mediocre at best. "What do you expect from an ice rink anyway?" I asked myself. So, it wasn't necessarily that that, proturbed me so, but it was the staff, mainly one person inparticular that I was very disenchanted with, and unfortunately, it happened to be the woman in charge. So, other than that, in particular visit, I do look forward to going to the rink this year to check it out, and hopefully, it'll be a pleasant experience this time! Signed,

Very rude people! I spent money here and never got a proper order or my money back. A manager wrote my name and number down and said they would call and let me know about getting me some kind of store credit because they ran out of their "oops" cards they hand out when they mess up. $26 it cost me and I never got my food or a phone call. I took my family here and we all had a great time. The building is beautiful, the staff was friendly and the food was good. My only complaint is they do not accept cash for payment. This is unfortunate because it prevents someone from going here if they don't have a credit or debit card and discriminates against anyone with a low credit score.
